DISCLAIMER: Hypnosis isn’t for everyone. I understand that the idea of it is hard to believe for many people. The truth is, I’m with those people. However, the magic of hypno is letting yourself try and believe it. It takes effort from a good hypnotist and effort from a good subject. If you’re expecting results off the bat, you’re failing yourself. Give it time, listen again and again, and try to believe. Eventually, you might find yourself in a situation you can’t believe your way out of 🤷🏻‍♂️

I’ve labeled them based on the type of hypno I like. As I’m DL rather than AB, you won’t find much about regression or baby like behaviors. This list is mostly meant for encouragement to wear diapers, or bladder control. The three categories are bedwetting (self explanatory), lifestyle (stuff like committing to diapers, realizing they’re right for you), and fuck yourself over (dangerous hypno that usually has a condition, like if you give in and wet, you’ll never be able to stop) They are mostly meant for male listeners as far as I can tell.

This one forces you to wear diapers to bed, along with wetting them. This one doesn’t exactly encourage incontinence, but the fact you’re going to bed in diapers which you will wet will fulfill that desire to become a bedwetter.

Doesn’t encourage diapers, but does make you enjoy bedwetting. There’s mention that you’re too immature to choose diapers. This file basically sets you up to become a bedwetter and end up having someone make the choice for you that you need to wear diapers to bed. Great to use with the help of someone else.

Makes you anxious about having an accident, you choose to wear diapers or not. Of course, if you do have an accident, that’s it. One leads to another. Dangerous if you don’t want to find yourself trapped

ABDL Rules

My boyfriend/daddy is 22 years old and is into adult baby boys like me. Me and him are a perfect match. When I moved in with him, he set me a list of rules which I must abide to otherwise i’ll be punished. Here are the rules and punishments.

1. You must wear diapers 24/7, even when you leave for lectures at university.

2. Your diaper must be visible at all times when in the house

3. You will use your diaper for intended purposes. Bathrooms are strictly off limits unless using the shower/bath.

4. You will not change your diaper by yourself. If I am at work and you need a change then tough, you will wait till I get home.

5. You must not complain about the state of your diaper or ask for a diaper change.

6. You will refer to me as daddy at all times - even when in public.

7. If your pacifier is put in your mouth, you must not remove it. You can only talk when I remove it.

8. When in the house, you will wear what I tell you too. You can go to university wearing whatever you want, but as soon as you step foot in my house, you will change into what I tell you to.

9. Whenever I give you your baby bottle, you must drink all of it to keep you hydrated and your diapers nice and wet.

If you decided to break ANY of these rules, you will be punished.

Roadtrip hacks for littles 🚗❤️ ⁠ ⁠ This is one of my biggest fantasies! I’d love to strap my boy into a car seat and implement all the mommy hacks I’ve heard for a road trip like… ⁠ ⁠ ⭐ Pack surprise toys. Put them in gift bags and every few hours let them open one. ⁠ ⁠ ⭐ Bring an iPad with their favorite videos downloaded. Mount it on the back of the seat. Don’t forget a charger + car adapter.⁠ ⁠ ⭐ Leave at a strategic time when you know your baby is going to nap. If you leave when they have a ton of energy they could get very fussy.  ⁠ ⁠ ⭐Clip things to them and their seat. Paci, bottle, stuffed animals, or whatever. I know my boy loves to throw things to get my attention. If they’re clipped to him he can’t. ⁠ ⁠ ⭐ SNACKS. You can never have too many. My baby loves Puffs, Goldfish, and Cheerios. Put them in a spill-proof snack cup to avoid getting crumbs all over your car. ⁠ ⁠ ⭐ Prep multiple bottles or sippy cups before you leave the house. Mix their water with a little bit of juice to encourage them to drink more and stay hydrated. ⁠ ⁠ ⭐ Wear them out. If you stop for gas let them get out of their seat and walk around so they are calmer in the car.  ⁠ ⁠ ⭐ Pack a cookie sheet with a lip around the edge. They can use it as a tray to eat, color, and play on. They’re also magnetic so you can glue magnets to the back of a puzzle. ⁠ ⁠ ⭐ If you want a mess-free alternative to painting, get one of those paint by water books from the dollar store, cut a sponge to fit into their snack cup, and add water. They can paint without the mess. ⁠ ⁠ ⭐ Bring a neck pillow so your little can sleep more comfortably without their head bobbing all over the place.   ⁠ ⁠ ⭐ Have them go pants-less. They’ll be more comfortable and it will make it easier to reach back and check their diaper. ⁠ ⁠ ⭐ Stop to nurse when they get fussy. A hack for all you mommies out there.
