Thinking about a suggestion I saw someone give involving the old dying lioness in the Claiming Quests where devs could implement her into quests during Feb the way we have Shaman/Laharu quests. I'd honestly love the idea or even having a storyline for February, cuz for now, Feb is a grind-heavy month and it can be discouraging to stay active after grinding for previous months.

Plus, it can probably help give people a leg up to earn more HS when their luck in explore is pretty bad.

i REALLY like this idea!!! and if there were similar concepts for other grind-heavy months it would help with people feeling discouraged fr! i hope the suggestion gets a lot of endorsement and community attention!!!

I saw this ask and I hugely agree with the sentiment. tho I do kinda like the simple aspect of the beetles. makes me wanna play something like this outside of lioden

it's different for everybody but I wish beetles had more aspects to them and could... search for herbs or something? Idk

Ahh I'm glad to finally find a wholesome LD place here. I'm disappointed to say that LD drama blogs are what got me into actually using Tumblr, so I'm glad to find one that won't have me feeling paranoid every time I read through posts lol.

we do try!!! we're currently in a debate as to whether to allow direct name mentions in our anons, it's not something we've encountered yet, but we're aware it might be a future concern! but i know cryptid and myself are happy you (and others) enjoy this blog!

ld needs something new and fast,,, ive been here for five years and the mechanics are boring me now

longtime players have it quite rough I think, I really am hoping next year for a new hybrid or an 'ancient lion' (think the primal/ferus etc), there needs to be more to entice us, I'm not saying every month needs something brand new but every 3-4 months we could have a big update maybe?

its really hard to stay online for ld when you have other factors in life like a job/education or even any health issues like chronic pain or mental health issues,,, I wish I could keep up with ld but I always feel myself slipping,,,

I'm the biggest advocate for taking breaks from lioden if you can, for some people though, it is how they cope and feel happiness but I just respect you for being able to admit that openly and I hope you're doing well <3

i think (not to speak on lizards behalf) we both would like to be heard/responded to if we submitted an anon to another blog and so we try to give back as we can!! it's SUPER nice calling us a wholesome gem though it's really made my day!!!
