seb drinking ciel’s blood from his inner thigh, getting his mouth covered in it. ciel getting weak and pulling seb’s head back as much as he can, breathily calling his name. seb poking out an unusually long tongue to clean the blood off of his face, before apologising that he got distracted and subsequently carried away when he’d intended to eat ciel out. he cleans and bandages ciel’s wound and promises to make it up to him

finny learns to swear by copying bard but seb teaches him those are bad, impolite words. seb has a word with bard but allows him (and therefore finny) to use them when they’re hurt/surprised, e.g if bard drops a pan on his foot and swears, it’s ok. finny largely follows these rules and seb doesn’t hear him swear until his legs are wrapped around finny’s waist and the headboard is slamming against the wall and finny murmurs, “oh, fuck, feels… weird…” before he cums <3 he leans into seb’s chest, collapsing on top of him, and pants for several minutes before he says, “‘m sorry for swearing, mister sebastian.” seb swoons over how cute he is and puts a hand in his hair, telling him it’s okay <3

I saw a post awhile back about Ciel having appendicitis and Sebastian freaking the fuck out about it, so modern au appendicitis Ciel because I wanna project ☆

Ciel throwing up way too many times, not even being able to keep water down. Nauseous and miserable, so Seb rushes him to the ER.

Being poked and prodded for blood work, the needles hurt but the stomach pain is so much worse. It doesn't take away from the fear of needles though, Seb has to help restrain Ciel so he doesn't squirm too much.

It takes several hours before the nurses can administer the proper tests, luckily Ciel had been administered heavy-duty pain meds through an iv, making him fuzzy and tired

Finally, he's diagnosed with appendicitis. Unfortunately, however, this ER doesn't handle pediatric surgery, so he's rushed to a different hospital that can.

By the time he's able to go into surgery, his appendix has ruptured, causing many post-op complications

He doesn't remember anything from the operation room, or really being moved back to his recovery room. All he knows is that it hurts to move. Sitting up, laying down, trying to get out of bed, it all causes excruciating pain. The nausea hasn't tamed either, but the hunger has returned and it's become very frustrating.

It takes several days of trial and error, trying to find what he can stomach, before he can finally handle solid food. It's simple, it's just a platter of fresh fruit but it is solid food! Seb is overjoyed for him, finally seeing progress in his recovery!

And so, because Ciel can finally pass solid food, he's released the next day! Ciel can walk just fine, though it does cause a little pain. Seb refuses to let his baby be in any pain after dealing with all the complications, so he just carries Ciel anywhere they need to go ♡
