I almost feel like the people who say “Zenitsu is the most annoying Demon Slayer character” or “he yells too much it’s cringe” are just saying it because it’s the popular fandom opinion while it may not be their opinion. Believe me, I’ve watched enough anime to be annoyed at the screaming, cringe character. Asta from Black Clover comes to mind immediately. The constant over-the-topness can become too much. Zenitsu was not that though. He was funny, what he said when he rambled on actually would make you laugh and honestly was often true given the crazy situations these guys would find themselves in. He’s not even my favorite character but I sometimes think collective hive mind takes over and people will dog pile on one character just because everyone else is and they don’t want to say “maybe he’s cool” because they’ll be looked at as weird in the fandom. Um, it’s cool to like Zentisu, he’s a fun character and has a lot of interesting qualities. Definitely seen way cringier and worse than him.
