General Improvements

The Sims 4 has grown into a sprawling, beloved world; but it could be so much more. Opportunity Awaits is a player-led initiative imagining what TS4 could be if it truly belonged to everyone: richer, deeper and more connected across all playstyles. We’re advocating for improvements that address long-standing bugs, expand gameplay and embed meaningful cultural representation. This isn��t just dreaming, it’s showing EA and the community that organized voices can guide the future of the game.

Here’s what the initiative argues for at the foundation:

I was foaming at the mouth waiting for sims 4 studio to drop the new expansion items so I could go ahead and grab that rocky overlay from those ailments to make it into a wearable overlay. As it turns out, it had a few other goodies, so here's a little care package of everything I dug up! Some are slightly edited, notably the rocky one, cause it had no rock patches on the legs/lower body, so I added some!

Disallowed for Random (At least im 99% sure I fixed that)

2025 Edgewave Stage Blender Scene

For another year, I've meticulously recreated @aniraklova's Edgewave lot in blender, and now I'm sharing it with you!

Same as last year, it is NOT a 1:1 recreation. But it is very much based on and inspired by the Edgewave lot!

THIS IS A BLENDER SCENE NOT FOR THE GAME

I RUN MY RENDERS IN CYCLES - this was built for cycles and NOT tested with Eevee! (but feel free to adjust/run in Eevee!)

Made with Blender 4.3.2

Only instruments from the original lot are included - feel free to design the stage as you see fit!

The stage screens are grey on install, but you can replace them with your band's images with the included files:

Replace those files with yours and then plug them into the texture nodes. If you need help with this please reach out!

Tested but please let me know of any issues! (thank you for testing it @hell-is-coming-for-you!)

Death Flower

Once Grim encountered his first Patchy…he had to wonder if he could make one for Ravenwood based on his favorite flower.

Morbius is an avid gardener, specializing in death flowers. If you find him and he likes you….he may give you one or even allow you to take a cutting from one of his plants.

I’m just dipping my fingertips into CAS editing and the like and I had the whim of making a halo/headpiece from @j3lly-fish ‘s Death Flower accessory and this little guy sprung into being.

Thanks to @sansabirdanne for creating beautiful base sims.

The Bog Witch's Kitchen

A Quick & Dirty Selfish Recolor

I recolored the Rustic Range kitchen, specifically for my SimSelf. But then it was a lot of fun and I decided I need way more colors, with and without stained glass (but mostly with.)

I ended up with 7 paint colors, 4 wood colors, 6 different shades of stained glass or wooden doors with no glass, and 5 different countertops. ALL glass and countertop options are available for all colors, or however else I should word that to make it less confusing, for mixing and matching. An absolute shload of combos available because honestly, I'm a slut for options. All the black metal has been changed to a nice natural brass, and there are slots all over (including atop the cabinets) for decorating.

They aren't perfect, but they make me happy.
