The sky is dark, blending with the sea as you stand by a ledge and watch, your hair is in a loose braid that makes it fly around in the strong winds. Gentle rain falls from the sky, following it, a flash of lightning and the sound of thunder.

"Darling, come inside!" Your mother's voice comes from the house that stands closest to the open ocean, "The storm is going to get worse."

You sigh at your mother's words, "I'll be ok, mama... It's just a little rain."

As if to prove you wrong, the Gods sent down another lightning bolt, hitting a tree on another cliff and making it fall.

"Shit." You panic, standing up as the gentle rain that lightly drenched your blouse and skirt turns into an angrier rain, you turn your heel on the wet rock just for your bare feet to lose their grip and have you free-falling from the ledge.

Your scream of terror is cut off by the winds howling in your ear, rain pounding into your face like punches from the God above, you groan as you hit a rock to your side, all the way down. Your ears barely register the splash of sound that your body makes when it breaches the ocean waters.

With a groan and a few blinks, you rub your eyes as they set and help you take in the view, a man. Breathing close to your face. You yell, hand raised before you can even think, a fist collides with the side of his jaw.

He wasn't expecting you to fight, that much way clear with the way his entire body flops off of you at the punch. Your eyes catch the tail, and you are breathless. Not a man.

You sit up straight to realize how very see-through your clothes have become, trying to remember the moments that led to this.

Storm, slipping, falling. You hit a rock, but there was no pain now. Fuck. You are in an underwater cave. With....

You look over him, long, wild yet well kept hair, framing the face while he swam over to another rock, the tail, your breath hitches, a blush covering your cheeks as you look away—yep, definitely a he—curling around the rock as he whispered in a language you didn't know, scales glowing blue, along with the eyes.

Eyes meet yours while a hand is rubbing where you'd punched, the merfolk sneers at you, "This is what I get for saving a human. You tried to ruin my face."

"I'm sorry...?" You cringe at how confused your voice sounds, "Who- What are...?" You are breathless in your own confusion. Your first thoughts should be panicking to go home but it's as if you can't see beyond him.

"I am Rafayel. The last Sea God." He states, holding his head high, "You may address me as such."

You can't hold back a laugh, "Are you claiming to be God?" You snicker, "Well, then I am the land Goddess." You mimic his gesture, raising your head the same.

"Are you mocking me?" Rafayel grunts, turning his head, "I should've let you drown when you hit the waters."

You find yourself chuckling at the dramatic way he rubs his temples, speaking in the same language he was moments ago, you can barely make out the "Go drown." he whispers along side it.

Thinking about best friend's older brother Feysand... Again...

Morden AU, Feyre moves to study Art in Velaris uni and meets and becomes besties with Rhys' sister, who is studying fashion to be a seamstress like their mother

She convinces Feyre to stay with her for the summer, and that's when she formally meets older brother Rhys, who's VERYYY... well himself.

A lot of sparks be flying all over, and Rhys is wrapped around Feyre's finger almost instantly and only his sister realizes that.

"Wait, he asked you if you wanted food? When I ask him to get me something, he says he's bringing back his foot..."

"HE LET YOU SIT IN THE PASSENGER SEAT OF HIS CAR??!!??"

When it's like a one-shot, I set the scene first. If it's the middle of the series, I start with what the characters are doing.

Sometimes, tho I even start with dialogues, which is to throw you directly into the story, and I think I've been doing that a lot with my drabbles, lmao

14. What’s your worst writing habit? 

If I can't picture a scene happening clearly, I can't write it at all. Nothing feels right with it. Have deleted paragraphs over paragraphs cause it didn't flow right with my imagination.

Really had my ass during x Reader week when I had to change up a few things too many times, but I had already posted the Masterlist, so I couldn't scrape it and rethink something else (especially with Mor cause I'd just realized I'd barely written her)

10. At what point in the process do you come up with titles, and how easy or hard is that for you?

I try to keep my titles easy. There's no need to put extra tension over you with writing edits and the title on top.

They either usually come with the idea when it pops up in my head or when I'm in the middle of writing when I think "Oh I should name it this."

I feel like sometimes people can tell my titles are lazy 🥲 but sometimes I'm like, "Damn nicely done user littlest-w01f"

It depends from fic to fic how easy or not it is. If it's easy, then it's easy. If it's hard I just use a random word or two from the fic that I think would make a nice title.

22. Describe your writing process from scratch to finish.

Get writing idea while daydreaming right before sleep

Panic

Open discord, tell my friends at random. (Optional)

Open blank page next morning, write down only the scene I spend the whole night imagining.

Try to think of an opening, change it four times. (This happens so many times I can't tell you 🥲🥲💀)

It's the first draft, all over the place. Sometimes, I move paragraphs around.

Go take a walk to think about how to blend opening to the idea you had.

Why write the before and after when you can just write more of the main idea? Expand on the bit of main idea.

Why write when you can scroll Pinterest? Gets distracted easily.

If smut, visualize it as hard *wink wink* as you can, it makes it very easy imo.

If fluff, add as cute stuff as you can. Do whatever to make is mushy and "awww"

If angst, write with the intent to make yourself (or user romanticatheartt) cry.

If I can see it, I can write it. Otherwise, they become like all other half done wips I have, and maybe I add a sentence when I find it again...

That's the bad ending. Good ending is I shake my brain to get the creative juices flowing and figure it the fuck out somehow.
