Here is my controversial take on the ending of the new Lilo & Stitch movie:

I don't feel that anyone should be forced to give up their life to care for a sibling; Nani isn't the parent or grandparent, she had no part in Lilo existing. It isn't like she just gave her to the system, threw her in a group home or orphanage — she gave her to a kind neighbor. Maybe that is "selfish," but that's okay.

My issue is that Nani never would have willingly given Lilo up, they gave her good traits to their OC, and she left when she could've gone to college for free in Hawaii!

Also, we know they only did it to be Trendy and Cool by saying "Children are a burdan! No modern young American woman is okay with caring for a child! #Girlboss" 🫩

I think nothing sums up western "palestine" activism quite as tragically well as a man with no connection to the levant murdering a low-level Israeli embassy worker and his girlfriend, while they were leaving an event where they raised money to help Palestinians, then while being arrested shouting "free Palestine!" while brandishing the red-and-white keffiyah of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan instead of the black-and-white Palestinian keffiyah.
