I honestly can't help but attach some sort of aesthetic to my characters now. They're never exactly like them, mind you. They look different in my head for sure, but I love giving them some sort of visual representation. I also love photography and certain aesthetics, so finding a model or musician to represent my idea is usually a vibe.

For example, Keni Titus is a musician I absolutely adore. Not only is her music so beautiful and atmospheric, but her photographs are too! I use her as an aesthetic for the main character in my project titled Pneumonia.
