it's my personal headcanon that, in adulthood, some past schoolmates (like the club's guests) will overhear that Tamaki and Haruhi are dating and assume they're bi men. But then they'll hear that Haruhi is Tamaki's wife and they'll assume she is a trans woman ("and no wonder she was so natural with girls, she was a girl inside all along!"). And then they find out that Haruhi was pregnant and had a child and they sincerely believe that she is the first successful uterus transplant in a trans woman, and carried a baby to term. And Haruhi doesn't know what to do about these rumors, but oh well, it's not like they're mean.
