Fun fact, they are divorced but that doesn't change the dynamic in the slightest
I need a crack fic in which Partagaz and Krennic are married and Dedra is their adopted daughter. While Lio Partagaz is much calmer with her and he is a girl dad who every day styles her hair into pigtails, helps her with school, learns how to actually talk with her about girl things and opens his arms for her when she is sad, Orson Krennic is training her into a lil soldier, pushes her through her limits and probably teaches her how to swim by throwing Dedra in the water - and also isn't ashamed to threaten a random kid with a very painful fate if they ever try to bully Dedra again.
Bonus if many years later poor Syril goes through absolute hell to get their approval when he starts dating Dedra because even though she is forty, they're NOT playing (especially Krennic)

From the first moment I met you, your arrogance and conceit, your selfish disdain for the feelings of others made me realize that you were the last man in the world I could ever be prevailed upon to marry

do you guys see the vision

Oh it's both. They've been divorced for a decade and want to explore each other's bodies and oozes
i’m only on season two of DS9 and I love Quark with my whole heart. i can’t tell if him and Odo are divorced or want to explore each other’s bodies. i want to see more of Garak and Bashir. i would let Jadzia Dax step on me

the only thing I didnt like about Bail Organa in Andor is the fact he didnt call K2 by a name. Just called him a droid. I dont think Leia would approve, but also the man is Tired

My man Luthen. I half expected a scene that would be like
(beware of spoilers for last Andor arc)
Imp medic: we can't stop the bleeding, the blade was coated in some anti-coagulant
Luthen: *with his possibly last breath* now I know it's real

And yet another terrible thing... He was right. She was dead. And he died too.
something that fucks me up about ted and peter being brothers and ALSO being played by the same actor is that during this scene in tgwdlm where ted tells bill that his daughter, stuck in hachetfield high, is already dead-- his voice cracks.
his voice cracks because he just watched charlotte's singing corpse, and he knows pete is now the same way.
and when his voice cracks, he sounds so much like his younger brother.

Literally what I was thinking
Tbh stormtroopers never looked more menacing than they did on those plaza steps and that’s all they were ever really good for, just a superficial show of force and not any kind of effective control.

*spoilers for andor s2*
phew. these last episodes are getting more intense by the minute. I hope that you felt something during the Ghorman massacre. Something strong, perhaps something you didnt know you were capable of feeling. Now that Tony Gilroy and his team have given us this series and this feeling, aim it at the reality we live in. If you still cant see the parallel, about what is being done by the states of USA and Israel to Palestinians, I call you blind. Ghorman massacre strongly kicks me in the jaw, and gives me hope that people who did not see, or did not want to see what is being done , will see it now. In the words of Mothma....it is a genocide. And im glad the creative team had the balls to create something so strong. Palestinians are being massacred as I type this. Children are being torn limb from limb by items our countries sent to Israel. I implore you to see beyond the Hamas, see the innocent people being starved, left to sickness and raped. Demand an end to the hostilities, let Palestine be healed and governed by Palestinians. Right now, the best I can do is be a keyboard warrior. All I can do is talk and show you the evidence. Truth is often being twisted, or blatantly pointed out because They dont care anymore about any secrecy. Remember Nemik's manifesto. Remember the pain. Lets do something. (dont ask me what, im not that person, but the internet is full of ideas and people who we can get behind)

i love andor's refusal to be subtle in the face of rising fascism. it's not complex metaphors for the audience to unpick. it's a kick in the fucking teeth. a banner and blaring alarms. THIS IS WHERE WE ARE. THIS IS WHERE WE'RE HEADING. it's knowing there's a time and place to be gentle and knowing the here and now needs us shouting from the rooftops. it's using energy independence, that thing tr*mp harps on about, as a cover for building the death star. it's a bunch of powerful empire officials brainstorming ways to colonise a planet for capitalist gains. it's the pomp and circumstance of the upper classes used to distract from the grit and ruin of the everyday. it's the visa inspection of harvest workers. it's the brutal abuse of power over "illegals" to the point of dehumanisation. but more than that. more than that. it's people working together against these forces of tyranny. it's kellen running around trying to keep them from the troopers. it's mon mothma trying to save her daughter. it's talia putting her legal status on the line to help them. it's brasso trying to save wilmon. it's wilmon running all the way home to help bix. it's cassian choosing home over orders. it's bix fighting for her fucking life rather than giving in. it's the fight. it's the people.

The statements "burying your gays is defined as when a gay character is specifically killed off for the sake of being killed off and given much less prominence than any cishet character deaths, Cinta’s death was afforded just as much weight as Brasso’s (and we know that the point is most of the main cast aren’t going to survive)” and "it was still really fuckin upsetting as an audience to watch Cinta just die after finally getting an onscreen kiss" can and should coexist

no but Starkid's version of eldritch gods is so funny bc yes they're divided into black and white categories based on whether or not they help humans but there's only one of the helpful ones and the others are a pretentious theatre kid, a toddler staring at you on the bus home from work, a kid who forces his sims to set themselves on fire, reloads the save file, then does it again, Hungy, and a corporation that's trying to keep up its family friendly image. also the only one that doesn't actively harm humans is an indie folk artist

I don't want to fuck him but I would like to sexually torture him in a way he would like the least but still would consent to
i do think it's necessary for your dash's ecosystem for all trekkies to follow at least one (1) person who really genuinely wants to fuck quark

Star Trek makes me soooo crazy cuz you got Picard saying things like "It is possible to commit no mistakes and still lose."
And Data saying things like "I would gladly risk feeling bad at times, if it also meant that I could taste my dessert."
And Bashir saying things like “You can't go through life trying to avoid getting a broken heart. If you do, it'll break from loneliness anyway."
And Odo sayings things like "It has been my observation that one of the prices of giving people freedom of choice is that sometimes they make the wrong choice."
And I’m just supposed to be normal about it???
