With this announcement, I suppose it’s a good time to bring this up.

This blog has been, and will remain on hiatus indefinitely.

I have no current plans on maintaining this blog, and I have less free time than I had when I was running this blog.

I’ve been receiving headcanons every now and then with the anime having been off-air for a while; and with the upcoming new season, I anticipate an influx of new people submitting (given the size of the blog, I don’t expect a huge amount, but at least a relative uptick).

So this is a heads-up: I will not be posting submissions in the foreseeable future.

The reason Shiroe and Naotsugu didn't know Nyanta's Subclass was Chef was because he changed to one very early in the days of Debauchery Tea Party before they joined. There were a few quests that needed them to create gourmet food items, and Nyanta was the only one willing to switch subclasses. Since he enjoyed cooking outside the game, he stuck to the subclass.

MS notes: I would think it would be in the late days of the party instead, which would mean they didn't notice the change. Else, it could've been early like you said, but since it was a low level chef subskill, Shiroe and Naotsugu didn't pay much attention to it and eventually forgot.

Sometimes people wonder why Serara is called to Shiroe’s important Guild Announcements along with Maryelle and Henrietta. The truth is that Maryelle and Shiroe consider her to have dual membership, especially after Choushi.

MS notes: I am willing to accept this headcanon. Crescent Moon has always been there for her, while Nyanta took care of her in Susukino, and him, Shiroe, Naotsugu, and Akatsuki brought her back to Akiba. Wouldn't be surprised she liked being around Log Horizon as well as CMA; and I would be surprised if the guild masters weren't glad to be that way.

IRL- Elder Tale crashed for about five minutes, Worldwide. Then, game and life went on as normal for the Players. And the Adventurers woke up in Theldesia.

MS notes: I'm not quite sure about this one. It would technically involve the splitting/copying of the player's conciousness. However, it might explain somehow the part of the OP used in the image of this post. Not sure, haven't read the LN. Anyways, this could as well be the case.

I have received 4 new headcanons today, which I will start working on turning them to images later today or tomorrow.

MS: Thanks for submitting your headcanons. They were received and I will proceed to turn them into images when I can. In the meantime, feel free to keep submitting more. It's great to see ideas the community can think of regarding the Log Horizon/Elder Tales world/s.

MS: I do, as long as they are situable to a PG-13 setting. I might do some minor edits to make it suitable if necesary, but the idea will still be posted.

Due to their cultural habits, the British with the tea, and the South Americans with the mate/maté, were the first to come up with the manual cooking overskill with their corresponding beverage after searching for the equivalent herbs. MS Notes: I thought I would post a headcanon myself to give you guys something, since there haven't been any headcanons submitted to this blog in a while. So here you go. 2 servers in one headcanon (of course, Britain/Great Britain being PART of the East European server).

The only reason these two blogs have had no activity in a while is solely because we're receiving 0 (zero) submissions a day, a week, and a month.

So remember, we're still taking submissions and we will post them. I can imagine that with the second season currently airing a new ep. every Saturday, you must be coming up with new ideas, so go ahead and submit!

Reminder

Since I haven’t seen many Log Horizon headcanons being submitted to either of the 2 dedicated blogs to such, I would like to remind the Log Horizon tag browsers that there exists 2 LH headcanons blogs.

First, this one, log-horizon-headcanons, which takes your headcanons and turns them to pictures. -Pro: Looks pretty, I guess -Con: Just 1, kinda busy mod. Making the picture takes time. Updates less frequents when there are any.

Second, loghorizonheadcanons, which post all headcanons received rather quickly. -Pro: Faster updates. 3 mods. More popular, since loghorizonfunfacts is one of the mods, who may add interesting notes. -Con: Plain text posts

Whichever you choose, is up to you, or you can post the same to both blogs. Again, up to you.

In the South American server was created and OverSkill by the summoners where they can sacrifice themselfs to save a Lander that is facing an inminent death. Like that the Lander can survive and the summoner can respawn in the Cathedral.

The U.S. Servers were the first ones to experiment with Overskills that created firearms. They eventually succeeded in making basic flintlock style weapons, but realized no class had special attacks or skills FOR wielding fire arms. Their sheer brute force has kept them from dying out as an option, and many are now seeking a way to create skills and attacks for the new weapons. Magically powered guns are even more dangerous and popular, too.
