I saw a video on tiktok of someone making their first battle jacket and in the comments all these people were calling them a poser (I can't find the video now). And I think this person completely misunderstood why they were being called a poser. They kept responding about the bands they put on there (and at least in my opinion you can listen to whatever you want and be punk). I think a lot of new people are worried about getting into the scene for this very reason. But guess it doesn't matter the reason they are a "poser" is because all of their patches were bought, they didn't make a single one. I could give less of a shit what you listen to or look like but to be punk you have to diy you have to walk the walk and stand on business.
