Being a Creative is going to family only for them to turn you down .
Being a Creative is sometimes writing one sentence and calling it a day .
Being a Creative is sitting in your room with all the lights off and daydreaming for four hours straight .
Being a Creative is noticing all the small details another Creative used in their works and admiring it all the same .
Being a Creative is getting pencil , ink , or paint stains all over my hands , a literal sense of getting your hands dirty in the name of art .
Being a Creative is ranting to anyone that would listen about your creative pursuits .
Being a Creative is collecting unique inspirations from yourself , others , and life + death around you ; using them to elevate your creativity .
Being a Creative is constantly or mainly thinking about your story(ies) and characters , the aspects in which they create you as you have created them .
Being a Creative is dedicating your life to these works and characters. . .
Being a Creative is both a blessing and a curse . In the world we reside in , where artists , musicians , poets , writers , and other creative types are starving and yearning to share their creativity and insight only to be shot down or misunderstood .
Whether they know it or not. . . You WILL make a name for yourself . You know how I know this ?
. . . Because look at you go . You are putting in the effort to learn and grow and dedicate your time and energy into something so beautiful .
I believe in you. . .
But do you believe in you ?

The lack of empathy was the closure. The lack of respect was the closure. The lack of apology was the closure. The lack of safety was the closure. The lack of remorse was the closure. The lack of care was the closure. The lack of accountability was the closure. The lack of honesty was the closure. The lack of closure was the closure.
