Had such a fucked day and got such a fucked phone call that I brought stress smokes again 😮💨
I quit 2021 and only bc of covid and then replaced it with a vape and have been trying since then to reduce the nic in the vape to almost Zero but man days like these i need a fucking bottle of white wine. Three shots and a smoke to not lose my damn mind.
