extract frames / change the frame rate of a video (photoshop)

If you want to extract frames from a video, or change the frame rate of a video.. (render video) 

1) Make sure you have set the beginning and endpoint slider according to what you want to extract or change.

2) Click on the arrow below on the timeline to ‘render video’. A window will pop up, you can figure out the rest, (look at screenshot below).
