This certificate is issued by the government as a mandatory when transferred from one state to another. When a vehicle is used without NOC in other states, there are chances of punishments as per law as well as the licence might be seized in regard to the same issue. For a better understanding on the NOC cancellation procedure in Bangalore move on to the below written article.
The major document requirements for cancellation procedures are:

EV Charging Station Infrastructure in India
What is an EV charging station?
An electric vehicle charging station is a setup that connects an electric vehicle (EV) to an electric source for recharging electric vehicles at charging stations. Few charging stations have cutting-edge features like smart metering, cellular capability and network connectivity.
For charging at household or in the workplace, few EVs have on-board converters that can be plugged into a standard electrical channel or high-efficiency appliance channel. Others may require or use a charging station that offers electrical conversion, monitoring or security functionality.
 Types of EVSE?
The EVSE or charging equipment can be categorized as-
1) AC charging devices and
2) DC charging devices.
 Owner of EVSE?
In April 2018, the Ministry of Power issued an order, stating that EVSEs buying power from DISCOMs and selling EVs would not be considered as a resale or electricity business. Now anyone can apply for a new connection for EVSE and start the business.
 EVSE Business Model:
The ev charging stations in India are rising as the amount of electric vehicles on the road is growing on a daily basis. Various government initiatives to control pollution are a major factor behind the growing number of electric vehicles on the road which is also a factor for growing number of charging stations. More number of car charging stations can be seen in western countries and in India, multi charging infrastructure is setup for recharging 3-wheelers and 2-wheelers.
Also, according to the recent news article from the Economic Times, From April 2023 the government aims to mandate the auction of lone electric three wheelers vehicles, though all new two wheelers vehicle with 150 cc which driving out of showrooms and might have to be powered by electricity from April 2025.
If this is approved in Parliament, the country will see a huge roar in the electric vehicle charging infrastructure, which will create a huge opportunity for prospective investors.
Presently, there are only 150 ev charging stations in India, and the Government of India has fixed an aspiring target to meet the demand and set up a charging station every 25 kilometers on each side of the city.
According to the sources, the Indian electric vehicle marketplace is expected to rise at a CAGR of more than 37% for the period of FY2018-FY2023.
The growth of government plans such as adoption of environmentally friendly electric vehicles, increasing consumer tilt towards electric vehicles, rising concerns over the harmful effects of air pollution, and incentive schemes to promote heavy investment by various OEMs are expected to drive strong market growth. OEMs focus on developing more inexpensive and exceptional electric vehicles in the coming years.
Also, according to the sources, predicts that the marketplace for electric three wheelers in India will cross USD 1 billion FY 2023F.
The reason for the growth in the market is the need to control air pollution levels and to increase the government's incentive schemes to backing manufacturing and encourage the use of electric three wheelers.
Additionally, the growing capacity of electric three-wheelers are also improving nationwide adoption across the nation. Growing in investments by electric vehicle manufacturers to develop more modern, efficient and economical electric three wheelers is expected to boost India's electric three wheelers market in the coming years.

Process of Car Re-registration
If you are an owner of a vehicle which more than 15 years old you should re-register your car, in other words, you should renew your registration. According to the Central Motors Vehicles Act, re-registration of vehicles after 15 years is mandatory, after that the vehicle’s RC should be renewed every five years as long as it is certified as a fit vehicle by the RTO. If a vehicle is transported to another state and driven there for more than a year the vehicle should also be Re-registered. Here I have given you the step-by-step process of car/vehicle re-registration
Steps for re-registration of 15-year-old Car
1.      You must fill the re-registration application form (Form 25) and submit it to the RTO.
2.      The Original Registration Certificate (RC), Pollution Certificate and valid insurance should be attached to Form 25 while submitting.
3.      The Vehicle Should be produced before the RTO for inspection.
4.      The Re-registration fees should be paid at the RTO cash counter
5.      The new registration certificate will be issued to you after the verification of all the documents.
Steps for InterState Vehicle Transfer
The Interstate RC transfer or re-registration is a three-step process
1.      Obtaining the No Objection Certifications (NOCs)
2.      Arranging the Documents
3.      Re-registration and road tax payment
For transferring a Car RC from one state to another state, two important factors will be taken into consideration. One the vehicle should not have financial hypothecation (Cars under loan), if it has any, the owner should get a No Objection Certification (NOC) from the financer for re-registration in a new state. Secondly, the car owner should pay the road tax on the depreciated value of the vehicle. You might receive a refund of some of the tax paid originally if the state you are transferring has a lower road tax.
Step 1: Obtaining A No Objection Certifications (NOCs)
·        The owner should submit a self-declaration affidavit on a stamp paper (₹10) with the attestation of a Notary, declaring that all the documents submitted are genuine and no dues are pending against the vehicle.
·        You should obtain a NOC from the NCRB (National Crime Record Bureau) stating that the car is not stolen.
·        You should also obtain a NOC in Form 35 from the financer if the vehicle is under a loan.
·        You should get a NOC from the original RTO by submitting 3 duly filled copies of Form 27,28 along with the NOC from NCRB, Traffic Police, and the financer.
·        Along with the above document you should also submit the insurance policy, smart card copy, Chassis imprint copy, ID proof, Pollution Under Control(PUC) certificate, and address proof.  The interstate Vehicle transfer NOC from the Original RTO will be given to you within 2- 3 Weeks.
Step 2: Arranging the Documents
The following documents are required for the re-registration of the vehicle in another state.
·        Original Vehicle Documents such as Insurance document, Pollution Under Control (PUC) Certificate, and Smart RC Card.
·        Original Invoice of the vehicle to calculate the depreciated value of the vehicle.
Step 3: Applying for Re-registration and road Tax Payment
Once you have all the required documents and moved your vehicle to another state you can apply for the re-registration certificate and pay the required road tax. Make sure that you have submitted the following documents to the RTO.
·        The insurance certificate, Original Smart Card, Chassis Imprint, PUC Certificate, and Vehicle Invoice
·        The self-attested affidavit, Aadhar Card/PAN card/ Ration card, New address proof, and 2-4 passport sized photographs
