it had been 2 days since carmen had talked to jason about knox , and it was now monday . carmen was super close to getting her final promotion at work . she knew she was going to nail it , and she did . carmen was making 500+ simoleons an hour , she was a national leader , she'd gotten green initiatives and modern development in the quarry . she'd been living in evergreen harbour for a really long time now , she also realised she's spent most of her life focusing on romance and relationships and she'd never really took a moment for herself or rewarded herself for everything she'd achieved . carmen used the money from her promotion to buy her dream house in cavalier cove , brindleton bay . she also decided to give herself a makeover as a gift to herself , she chopped her hair and worn it straight for the first time , she wanted a much more polished look , and she definitely achieved that .

now , carmen had rewarded herself as she deserved , but is the one sim in a big house lifestyle perfect for her ? can she cope with the loneliess ? has the recent progress she made stuck for good or will carmen return to her old ways ?

carmen's wake up call__

after carmen waking up from her previous drunken conquest .. she realized what the hell she had done .. or who the hell she had done . out of all sims she could've called .. she chose knox .. icky .. obsessed knox . carmen thought maybe it's time to take a step back in the romance department ...

she went over to jason's place as soon as she woke up and complained about being hungover and .. the mistake she made . jason made fun of her and tried to comfort and reassure that it wasn't that big of a deal . jason made breakfast for the two of them and carmen found herself actually just feeling happy with a close friend and not needing romance for once , maybe she found a way to love someone in a platonic way for the first time . after talking to jason she was also ready to leave her scandalous ways in the past . the night before was a mistake that made carmen sick to her stomach , she never wanted to feel that again . she cut off all the men she'd met whilst dealing with her grief and decided to focus on herself .

everysim deals with grief in their own way__

aspiration_ serial romantic ✦ have 3 strong romances at once ✦ kiss 10 sims 10/10 ✦ have had 8 romantic partners 8/8

after the miscarriage , carmen and jason decided it would be best to cool off their romantic relationship so they can both deal with the grief of losing their baby and be there for each other in a friendly way to make things easier . however .. carmen needs to find some type of way to deal with her grief . she went on a romantic rampage . multiple guys in one night , woohooing with married men , ruining her reputation for romance . her coping mechanism may not have been healthy but it sure did the job because all of the romantic things she was feeling were enough to take the pain away .. but romancing every sim she meets isn't going to fix it , carmen needs to overcome her grief officially and make peace with what she lost .. and needs to get her life together before it's too late .

after a couple days of non stop romance and woohoo , carmen made a very drunken mistake and got her wakeup call . she woke up on saturday morning realizing she'd woohoo'ed with knox . carmen couldn't believe she'd actually woohoo'ed with her not-so-secret admirer .. maybe it was time to leave this part of her life behind before she stooped any lower .. if she even could at this point .

carmen's miscarriage tried to unravel my story telling but i indeed came back from it . CARMEN'S ASPIRATION IS ALMOST COMPLETE LETS GOO !! all i need now is 3 gold dates and voila !

the worst wedding day ever__ pt2

⚠️ cw _ miscarriage

when carmen got home from the chapel .. something started happening . her stomach started cramping in a way it had never before , and her white wedding dress started turning red .. she immediately knew something was wrong . she called an ambulance and got to the hospital asap . despite not wanting a child , ever , carmen still couldn't help but feel lifeless and like she'd actually lost something . the fact that her pregnancy counselling and efforts were just starting to work , felt like someone had just twisted the knife . this baby was carmen's one hope to make things right with jason and now it had been ripped from her hands . she felt alone again . she no longer had her girl , now she had to deal with telling this news to jason .. and her family . the pain from losing her baby is something carmen never thought she'd feel , especially since she started out not ever wanting children , but this experience had her second guessing her feelings about having a baby . after such an awful wedding day , she thought maybe marriage wasn't , and would never be in the cards for her .

it was not supposed to go this way . this was not supposed to happen . carmen i am so deadly sorry oh my god . genuinely ended this episode on the verge of tears . rip baby jarmen :c

on sunday morning carmen woke up feeling doomed . it was her dreaded wedding day , not only did she not want to get married but she felt pressured by jason's threat to tell antwon the truth , it was now or never . obviously , antwon didn't have a good reaction to the confession , he threw a drink at carmen and even shoved her ! carmen's twin conrad was not going to let that happen to his pregnant sister .. he decided to fight antwon on the spot and rightfully won . it was chaos at the chappel and carmen didn't end up getting home until late .. however when she did , something seriously bad happened ..

i genuinely am distraught over what happened when carmen got home . this was litro my biggest fear bye . IT WASN'T SUPPOSED TO GO LIKE THIS !!

the last secret__

carmen was entering her second trimester and needed to get her first ultrasound , she knew how much her and jason's baby meant to him so she went to the ultrasound in secret with jason .. behind antwon's back . carmen discovered she was carrying a healthy baby girl , and knowing that she was going to have a baby girl made her feel a little bit better but it barely made a difference to how she still felt about the pregnancy . before jason left carmen's place , she knew she needed to tell jason about the engagement . she knew this was going to be the end of what they had , so she told him once and for all her real feelings for him , that she loved him . jason thought that this true confession meant she was about to tell him that everything was over with antwon and they could finally be together .. however , that was far from what she was about to announce . she confessed that she was engaged to antwon and jason was heartbroken . what about their daughter ? jason wanted to be in their daughter's life ! carmen tried to excuse her actions with her fear of losing jason forever but that just made him even more angry .. because she didn't even give them a chance . jason warned carmen that if she didn't tell antwon the truth , he would find a way . he ended things with carmen and told her the only time he'll ever be in her life is to love their daughter , not to love her . carmen begged and pleaded for things to go differently , so before jason left he gave her one more thing to remember his love by , and a present for antwon to see .. on her neck . carmen's heart was more than broken .

thea was on the event planning team for the h&b networking night event . the company was looking for some new investors for their new upcoming collection . celebrities like thorne & octavia bailey , dustin broke , holly alto & judith ward attended the event and the night was an amazing success thanks to thea and all of the other employees .

relationship dynamic: unpredictable__

after getting mynthe and kyle's support on the pregnancy , carmen felt better about telling antwon . carmen decided to get it over and done with so she invited him over . she invited antwon inside because they had to talk about something pretty important .. she wasted no time once they got inside and spat it out full stop that she was pregnant . to carmen's comfort , antwon didn't want the baby either , but carmen started to feel really tense because she knew how unpredictable antwon was .. she was expecting a horrible argument . carmen blinked and all of a sudden antwon was on one knee . this wasn't the unpredictable event she was expecting ... carmen was really confused as to why the hell antwon was proposing ?! but his really stupid logic was that they should take the next step before 'their' baby arrives , carmen took this as a chance to not be alone forever , so she said yes ... but now how was she going to tell jason ? what was she going to do when the baby arrives ? what if antwon found out ? she was quickly realizing she's digging her own grave ...

I HOPE THE PROPOSAL MADE SENSE .. look when i remembered they had the unpredictable relationship dynamic i took it and ran with it okay ..

the announcement__

after carmen discovered she had a tiny sim growing inside her , she went to sleep but just couldn't rest properly . jason didn't know wether to go home or not so he slept on the couch because it didn't feel right to sleep in carmen's bed . at 5am , carmen packed up her things to spend a night or two back home in san sequoia , she left without telling jason and just sent him a text after she left evergreen harbour . she felt bad leaving but she just needed the love and support from her parents since she didn't know what to do ..

mynthe was waiting for carmen's arrival and greeted her with a hug , carmen was already tense and anxious enough so she decided to skip small talk and just got on with telling her the news . carmen kind of made it obvious by asking mynthe if she'd like grandchildren , and mynthe said yes ! she'd love to have grandchildren ! this made carmen feel a little bit better and better yet mynthe gave carmen her unconditional support when announcing her pregnancy ! carmen felt so much better after the support from her mom .

kyle woke up and made his way downstairs as he does every morning , and he was so excited that carmen was visiting ! after getitng mynthe's suport , carmen decided to tell kyle straight away , and very fortunately for carmen , kyle had the same exact reaction as mynthe ! they were both so excited hearing the possibility of their first grandchild being born , hopefully carmen does decide to keep the baby .. but her next job was figuring out what to do about antwon ...

alone no more__

the next day , carmen was feeling a little bit freaked out after work . her and jason had woohooed with no proctection .. whilst her and antwon weren't intimate . the last time she could've been pregnant she didn't really think about it much , but this time felt different .. almost like she had a gut instinct something was different . her paranoia was eating her alive so she asked jason to come over for something serious and important . as soon as jason got there she wasted no time and told him she needed to take a pregnancy test , jason came up to the bathroom with her since he didn't want her to be alone . she took the test and to her dismay .. she was pregnant . carmen wasn't sure if she ever wanted children , but she knew she definitely didn't want one right now ! especially since her baby daddy isn't her boyfriend ! she told jason about her unwanted pregnancy and jason was really upset that carmen wasn't as happy as he was . she freaked out about not wanting kids to jason and what this would do for her and antwon , and she had the audacity to blame jason for not using protection when she's the one cheating on her man .. carmen told jason about the possibility of terminating the pregnancy and he lost it . jason wanted his child and he yelled at carmen for blaming him , because if she didn't want something to happen between her and antwon she shouldn't be woohooing other guys in the first place , and if she didn't wanna get pregnant she should be on her own birth control . carmen went to the bathroom to text mynthe telling her that she really needs her help and support .. although carmen did think about if she did decide to keep the baby maybe jason would be in her life forever .. and maybe if she had a baby she wouldn't be alone .. ?

good days and bad days__

carmen headed up town for work today , but had a really bad day . her speech didn't go as she hoped and neither did her protest . she didn't secure any votes today and on top of all that , no one wanted to joke about politicians with her ! she sent jason a sad text and her text her saying she could come over and he'll .. cheer her up . he actually did try to do that but .. he also tried to take her mind off of things by mind blowing her . since carmen was still dating antwon it was really important that jason used to protection incase she got pregnant , her and antwon weren't intimate anymore either so it was now WAY more important to use it .. but he didn't ..

no i actually feel a connection between jason and carmen guys but i don't feel it with her and any other sim . i pray she doesn't wind up pregnant because this will actually mess up the storyline jarmen please don't do this to me .

rekindling an old flame__ pt 2

carmen was finding herself on the phone with christian late at night constantly now .. and she really anted to meet up with him since the last time they saw each other was carmen's birthday . carmen decided to ask christian to come into the city with her and they went to the stargazer lounge . they had some fun in the pool , shared some drinks and carmen was starting to get the idea christian may have felt the same way she did all that time ago .. he gave her a rose and carmen felt like her teenage self again . she got too caught up in the moment and planted one on christian .. and realized how much of a mistake it was .. she didn't care about antwon finding out , she cared about jason finding out .. for the first time , carmen actually felt guilty about cheating .

we also now have 3/10 kisses … and it felt way too forced so we’re just gonna pretend carmen really regrets and she’s never gonna see christian again okay ? okay ! he’s also .. a lot uglier than i remember im sorry 😭😭 im sure she’ll be taking that polaroid DOWN .
