Hi I don't post here much but I wanted to make this.
So in the Hannibal TV show, Will is shown wanting to be a father. It doesn't say it directly. But with Abigail, His and Margot's baby, and with his stepson (who he does abandon for Hannibal but we're not getting into that now)
He specifically married a woman with a child who calls him dad. He wanted to be a father. At least, I think so.
And maybe it's just me but I haven't seen many fics of him having a child who's his, who he raises alone.
So I wanna write a crossover fic of him adopting a child who's from a different piece of media who's in need of a good parent:)
They can be from anything. Any charater, any gender, any level of weirdness. Just someone who needs a parent and can be adopted by Will.
The fic would ether take place during the beginning of the second part of Hannibal season 3. When Will was originally married to Molly, but in this case, he would've just adopted a kid instead.
Or it would be right after he's released from the mental hospital in season two. He decides to leave and go no contact with everyone including Hannibal and then ends up adopting a kid in the new place he's in.
I haven't decided which one yet but if you could give me a few kids/teens from media he could take in that are traumatized from something and/or weird like him. Any suggestion would be nice:)
Ideas I had:
Robby Keene from Cobra Kai (specifically bc I love his actor)
Carrie White
Casey from 'We're all going to the world's fair'
Vance Hopper
Nearly any kid from Harry Potter
Sydney Novak
And that's all I have for crossover fics. If you have any more I'd love to hear them because I really wanna write this. Or you could help me choose one I already have:)
Thanks for reading. The fic will be posted here, and AO3!
(No ships other than Hannigram, obviously)
