I like this last commentary a lot because in the comics and in the direction that the MCU seems to be going I'm not sure Bucky really kept anything other than basic muscle memory from his initial military training. In fact, I think with the new super serum he was retrained to suit a very different position for Hydra. That would also explain why it takes Steve a little while to realize who he is in both the movies and the comics. If you've worked with someone that long, you probably know their fighting style really well, in both, Steve doesn't realize its Bucky until after his face is revealed. Basically I think that it makes a lot more sense that Bucky and Winter would move differently. I'd love to see that post-brainwashing Bucky would have a similar mix of the two forms of movement. He may not be so cold, for example, but he'd probably be a lot more aware of his surroundings.

What I love about this is that their ice cream is more expensive and we still buy it. We do that because the flavors are incredibly creative and the quality is worth it. They can charge us more so that they can help the world be a better place, because they're innovative thinkers. Companies don't have to cut corners and exploit people to make money.

Capitalism at its best.  Some role models we should all consider.  I am a fan of Hagen Daz, but after reading this, I need to get me some Cherry Garcia!
