(Maybe) my final icon set for this motorcycle shop themed style guide. I might expand my color palette and replace the blue background on either the wrench or the wheel.

I’ve been playing around in InDesign to create some type specimen posters for the typeface Charlie. Here are some of my favorite comps. B&W only.

I thought I’d keep updating this blog with design work I’m doing beyond 260. Why not? Here’s some icons created in illustrator for DSGN 240 this quarter.

What I’ve been up to:
learning illustrator by creating icons related to motorcycle repair.
Black and white for now.

I can at last share my full piece for the @lightgreyartgallery show #BowerBird! There are some stunning works in the show so I’m thrilled to have been involved! You can see all of the pieces here, and the whole show is a postcard print collection so you can buy print from the Light Grey Shop!
My piece was about my collection of antique threads, and was made using a now discontinued brand of DMC thread, so each strand could be the last of its colour.
