YAF Administration Officer VACANCY
Youth Achievement Foundation (YAF) Administration Officer
(Ref: CACT/YAF/ADMIN)
Charlton Athletic Community Trust (CACT) seeks to employ an Administration Officer to provide administration support to the YAF Project Coordinator and the YAF Team. This is a term time only contract based at the YAF in New Eltham although there may be occasions when it may be necessary to work at other Trust/YAF locations. Excellent communication skills and proficient use of IT are essential to ensure the administration function runs effectively and efficiently. The Administration Officer will be responsible for reporting attendance data to schools, liaising with partner organisations and overseeing exam registrations.
Application forms with a covering letter outlining how you meet the requirements of the job should be received (by post or email) by 9am on Monday 10th June 2013. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to interview week on Friday 14th June 2013.
