In a part of Rome not well known by tourist routes but just around the corner of my place, there's MAAM, museum of the Other and Elsewhere. But this abandoned salami factory (Fiorucci) is not just a museum. For many it's a house! 200 squatters from all over the world took shelter in this place making it a unique place to visit and discover art and culture(s). We did it to take a closer look to this brutalist experimental house built in the late 1960s by Italian architect Giuseppe Perugini and now unfortunately deteriorated and vandalized 😰 but the atmosphere was magic anyway!
