In life we all think we are meant to be entitled to a long lasting , gives you butterflies, take your breath away kind-of-love. What many people do not understands is that you need to give love in order to be loved. It's not the same to love someone than to be in love with someone. 

I used to love someone who was my best friend before we ever got together as boyfriend and girlfriend, but many years later, I realized I wasn't in love with him.

That was a hard pill to swallow because we were together for almost 5 years.

 Just to realized that I was in love with the idea of us more than actually in love with him. 

Love shouldn't be a daily fight. There should be more good days, and good memories rather than fights, and arguments in the relationship. 

Your partner should be your best friend, the person who you think of and run to when you get good or bad news. 

If you think of your relationship and makes you feel like you want to have more alone time, free time, and just time away from them, you're in with the wrong person. 

You only get to live this life ones. Do not settle or compromise your worth.
