A LOT HAS HAPPENED SINCE I MADE THIS CHARACTER

So I drew this because my friends and I had an event in the server where we roleplay as our OCs where they were all trapped in a dreamlike world. Everyone’s appearance reflects them as a person and their inner turmoils and beliefs.

I made Reid look like a zombie because they believe that without Sverre’s influence, they’d likely be dead. Sverre also works a lot with the dead due to the nature of his studies. Since Reid was initially a test subject under him, they still see themself as somewhat expendable, no matter how close they get to their brother figure.

I didn’t realize how much that word had popped up in my life until it was staring me in the face on a birthday gift someone I hold dear to me made for me. One week prior, I wrote a some words on Google docs about wanting to be someone’s muse. I can’t write poetry, I just needed a way to get some words out of my head.

a week before then, I found a snippet of an incomplete song: “Wanna be your muse”

a few months prior (and I just realized this) I was hoping to get my voice deeper now that I could explore gender and trying out new things since I was no longer in a relationship. I was still sad to lose the guy since we had been good friends and it came out of no where. I was obsessed with an audio on TikTok from Hadestown that went like, “Brother why do you care? You’ll find another MUSE somewhere.”

So today in my European class, the class I was pressured into taking by my now ex who is still in this class, we had to do an intro project for fun. We had to create a civilization out of just ideas and try to guess what helped make or break the early civilizations in Europe. My group's name was the marmaladies after a mispronunciation of what i wanted to call the group which made it so much better. We had a great time and ended up winning the competition because of the laws we came up with for our civilization. Our teacher asked why I presented for the group so much and i just looked over at my teammates for a sec and looked back at the teacher. "I'm a control freak i guess." as a joke.
