It looked like they're reposting other people's art, claiming they made it, and included a very sketchy looking link. I don't know what the link is, but honestly I'm to afraid to find out.

Here's three examples I found. Two I recognized from @shyblacksheep and one from @akiiame-blog. I just searched the Mario tags, but there are much more art and posts being stolen.

Before seeing your post I accidentally had clicked the botted link... I clicked off of it really fast but i think it mightve been to link a fake dominos pizza form or something so hopefully no other harm was done but. im still super freaked out and anxious now though.. ;_;

I don't think it's too much harm, but I think the best bet would be to check your anti virus and maybe change your password just to be on the safe side.
