I’m trying to figure out colors but I’m not very good at color theory or coloring picking

I’ve gotten too depressed lately I can’t draw or even write. I’ve felt lost and empty, and honestly this has been affecting my view on my art. I really can’t see a single good thing in it, I just feel disconnected and disappointed with anything I try to do.
