Theory time
Because Q went on a hiatus people are probably thinking that we won't get anything QSMP related for as long as he's in it
BUT
I think his Studio can do it without him being a face of a company, because it was a bit problem in the end of QSMP season 1 when people were going after big Q because of the stuff happening inside the studio

We still have this, which means we probably have three more things in July, October and December
So it's not over yet

OK IM FINE IM FINE WHACHA TALKING ABOU-
so I saw the vod of the latest video from the federation and we always knew since the start they were doing shady shit...
But now something clicked.
i remember from this short the "insert one of the 9 keys". As a few qsmp veterans like me know, there are unknown islands apart from quesadilla island, purgatory aka egg Island and the island where madagio got sent in fit's Qsmp lore. These are 3 keys.

But these entities? I don't think they come from the feds. They are from other island(s?).
Another thing that clicked is the stuff about memory loss and rebooting the memories

"have you been good?" That's a federation employee asking quackity, that is BLOCKED IN A CELL, SLEEPING, if he reacted in some way to an impulse.
"it's not the first time" referencing how the feds fuckin wiped most of the memories of the people in quesadilla island.
"visual memory rewritten" maybe quackity and/or someone else saw important information about this whole federation and island "alliance" thing and had to confuse the lm with other fake info and let them forget the truth.
But look at this

THE CLOTHES SEEM PRETTY MUCH FROM LAS NEVADAS QUACKITY. but isn't he dead? He is. That's an angel, maybe warning him about federation or something else.

They are experimenting some memory shit on the q! quackity, while El! quackity is BEING WATCHED not only by the feds, but probably by the purgatory eye too while trying to get his freedom. (Btw the purgatory eye with a new rebrand bestie-)

But now: where is k!quackity? What's up with the npc dog that followed during the streams quackity?
Guess we'll find out after quackity's hiatus, we'll wait patiently while writing fics and drawing :)
#So interesting#I love theorizing about this shit#Like WDYM the feds are doing this#And how and why and what#It makes me happy#qsmp#qsmp 2

wow so I watched the finale
And just wow
It was absolutely incredible
I'm a little sad that it doesn't seem like it'll continue rn, but Quackity deserves rest time after making such a banger <3
To all the folks enjoying the QSMP event rn

Don't see anything? Turn your brightness up.

IT'S A FACE
(discovered by @mossybee-exe while we were rambling)
#And also we were RIGHT#About#Why the whole thing was happening#Where#And all#I'm trying not to spoiler it#But like#:D#Maybe I will write an analysis of it#qsmp#qsmp 2#qsmp we are so back

IT'S A FACE

#just thought I'd share a bit of the ongoing investigations#This event is interesting#Not really because of the surface level#But because of what's beneath#Why is this happening? Why are there echoes of Quackity's life?#It all follows the same structure: he meets people and they die. An eternal purgatory#Anyway#Lumi's encryption lab#Not really#But like#I'm investigating#It counts#qsmp 2#qsmp#Qsmp welcome back

Fanfic is a free hobby.
It's one of the last few things we can have as a society that's free. You can engage, for free. People give you things (art, stories, etc), for free.
Don't buy into the consummerism just because it's everywhere else.
You don't have to consume everything you interact with. You don't have to use things, just because they exist.
You're allowed (still, for now), to have things that are enjoyable for free.
Do you realise how insane the world is? We don't have many places where we can just be, for free anymore, but ao3 is. Did you notice we don't have ads in ao3? We don't have pop ups? Where ELSE do we not have that?
Where else can you just go and not have to wait for a commercial to be over or for ads to be on the sidelines?
I don't think the younger people understand, but the whole of internet used to be like this. YouTubers would do Youtube for free, just because. You couldn't monetise your internet presence before.
Ao3 is like a little preserved corner of the internet where the old internet used to be, and it's being attacked by people who do not understand that free things are allowed to exist without judgment.
Please don't ruin this for us.
Some of us need it.
