Nightmare Warding Stuffed Animal Spell

A spell to enchant one of your furry stuffed friends to protect you through the night from nightmares and unpleasant dreams.

You will Need:

A stuffed animal

Scissors

Needle and thread

Small piece of Amethyst (prevents and protects from nightmares)

Small piece of Rose Quartz (brings happy dreams)

Paper and Pen

A sigil that prevents nightmares

Steps:

Using your pen, on the small piece of paper draw your sigil. Place it to the side with your crystals. Make sure your crystals are very small so that they don’t make holding your stuffed animal uncomfortable.

Kiss your stuffed animal to let it know that you wish not to harm it and if needed speak to it a bit.

On a seam that could easily be repaired using your scissors gently snip some of the thread so there is a small opening.

“With these crystals and sigil, I ask you to protect me in the night from the dreams that cause me unrest.” place in crystals and sigil

Sew up the hole as neatly and tightly as you can, you wish it not to rip open again.

Kiss where you have sealed the seam. “I thank you deeply for you help.”

Place on your bed. When sleeping make sure stuffed animal is on the bed with you or in your arms.

To cleanse after a few nights place in the window in the sunlight or moonlight for 2-3 hours.

Disposing of Spell Materials

sometimes after performing a spell, you find yourself wondering, hmm, what do i do with these ingredients? the way you clean up or put away your materials can be its own step in the ritual, and affect the spell. here are some suggestions for the different ways to end rituals or properly dispose of the materials 

consider first:

📦keep it - consider if the spell seems like something you could ever possible need to reverse later. that love-attraction jar may invite people you don’t like, and need to be ended, but it’s more difficult without the original materials. keep the ingredients in a jar, box, or something, (maybe label it too) so you can easily nullify the spell if you need to.

✉wrap it up - in a jar or a pouch, if it is a spell you want to last a long time, gather the ingredients you won’t be reusing and keep them in a place you

🏺jar spells - just keep the materials in the sealed jar. this is the sort of spell that can be reused simply by shaking the jar, lighting a new candle for it or recharging its energy. 

🔔cleanse and reuse - obviously you don’t want to throw your crystals or jars out after a single spell. separate the materials used and cleanse them individually, cutting the ties to the spell. 

now what do i do with it?

🔥it’s been burned to ash - for banishing place it on the back doorstep and sweep it out into the wind. for releasing its energies and inviting influence, release the ashes into running water, given it is safe to return to nature (non glass, nonplastic nontoxic, biodegradable etc)

🕸bound objects - bury or keep in a box somewhere, burial for spells you will never remove, hiding for things you may undo one day. 

🛡protective spells - best hung up or hidden in a corner of the house, or place over the front door of the residence. 

☣non-biodegradable materials - if its something you can’t safely return to nature, and it can’t be reused because it was burned or broken, use the acting of burning or breaking to move the spell’s energies into the world. properly throw out or recycle the objects.

Story time!

So, a few months ago, my strawberries finally ripened. I was so excited to pick them when I discovered a pest was using my fruit as nests, and there was a literal infestation.

I tried natural insect repellent like vinegar spray etc., but they persisted.

I decided I needed a natural predator and ladybugs were too small.

Im gonna build a pond

I built one, but the first test run was a disaster. I broke down and bought a 'liner' because I'm renting and did not ask about installing this 😅 (do not recommend). So, it had to be somewhat temporary. Easily removable. I chose a 15 gallon planter pot.

I dug the hole by myself, placed the liner, and asked a family member to kidnap some of her pollywogs 🙃 and pond water.

10 gallons of pond water and about 30 tadpoles, into the liner. The next morning they were all dead 😭😭😭

I was so depressed I almost forgot the whole project.

Then, my five year old came out to check on the baby frogs.

"where'd they go mom?!"

I did not have the heart to tell her, so I told her a mommy frog came and said the water wasn't nice enough for them and took them to another pond. My wise and optimistic baby said,

"oh! Well just fix your water mom! We'll try again."

I thought about just scrapping it but she motivated me to rethink the whole layout in our backyard.

Now, we have a thriving pond with itty bitty frogs and tadpoles in all different stages.

This is the first clear picture I've been able to get of one of these little guys. Now, this tiny pond is my happy place, and fruits are doing great 💚

This is probably the best way to get to know someone and I think it's important for you to all know the person I am.
