‘ 𝐌𝐄𝐄𝐓 𝐂𝐔𝐓𝐄 ‘ — 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐥𝐨

▏in which. Matt never expected to find his forever at a friend’s wedding, but fate had other plans.
contains. super cutesy fluff, swearing,

Matt and his family trudged through the biting cold, their thick layers offering little protection against the sharp, relentless wind. Snow crunched beneath their boots, and the occasional gust sent icy flurries stinging against their cheeks.
"Who even gets married in the middle of winter?" Nick muttered under his breath, casting a glance at his brothers as they neared the grand entrance of the venue. His tone was equal parts exasperated and incredulous, his breath clouding in the frosty air.
"Someone with a serious love for frostbite," Matt replied dryly, adjusting his scarf and pulling his coat tighter as another gust whipped past them. Behind them, their mother shot them a look that could freeze water midair.
"Behave yourselves," she said sharply. "It's a beautiful day, and you're not the ones getting married."
Nick snorted but kept his thoughts to himself as the family reached the door. A wave of warmth and the sound of muffled laughter spilled out, promising a stark contrast to the frigid outdoors.
Meanwhile, you were upstairs with your sister, the bride, trying your best to ignore the icy chill seeping through the old walls. The small space heater in the corner did little more than hum uselessly, and you rubbed your arms in a futile attempt to warm up.
"Is there any heat up here? Holy shit," you muttered, smoothing down your crimson silk dress, the fabric offering no protection against the cold. The deep red shimmered in the dim light, but all you could focus on was the goosebumps prickling your skin.
"We agreed on no complaining, remember?" your sister teased, her voice light and steady despite the chaos of the day. She turned back to the mirror, tilting her head slightly as she adjusted the delicate lace sleeves of her gown. "Plus, I think I’m ready."
She smiled softly, her reflection radiating that surreal bridal glow you’d only ever seen in movies. Grabbing her bouquet—an elegant arrangement of deep reds, creams, and greens—she turned to face you fully, her excitement bubbling just beneath the surface.
"You sure? No cold feet?" you asked with a wry grin, crossing your arms to fight the chill again.
Her smile widened, her eyes sparkling. "None. But if my toes fall off from this weather, you’re carrying me down the aisle."
Downstairs, the final details were falling into place as the ceremony began. The seating was elegant but simple, white chairs dusted with evergreen sprigs and soft candlelight casting a warm glow over the room. The cold outside was forgotten in the cozy ambiance, and soon, it was time for the bridal party to take their places.
You stood in line with the other bridesmaids, gripping your bouquet tightly, your crimson dress catching the flickering light with every slight movement. The music began to swell, and Justin, Matt’s older brother and your assigned escort for the walk down the aisle, gave you a charming grin as he offered his arm.
“Ready?” he asked, his voice calm but tinged with amusement.
“As I’ll ever be,” you replied, looping your arm through his, hoping your heels wouldn’t betray you.
The two of you glided down the aisle in sync, all eyes on the bridal party. Well, almost all.
From where he stood at the groomsmen’s line, Matt caught sight of you, and the air seemed to leave his lungs entirely. He’d seen pretty women before, sure—but this? You were magnetic. The way the silk hugged your figure, the soft waves of your hair, the confident set of your shoulders as you moved with Justin—it was all too much and yet not enough.
His thoughts spiraled somewhere he probably shouldn’t have let them go in the middle of a wedding. He cleared his throat and tried to focus, but his eyes kept wandering back to you. Every curve, every subtle sway of your hips—it all demanded his full attention.
“Eyes forward,” his younger brother nudged him, smirking.
Matt forced himself to stare straight ahead, but his thoughts were anything but innocent.
After the ceremony and the dreamy reception filled with laughter, dancing, and endless champagne, Matt found himself standing at the edge of the room, nursing a drink and stealing glances at you across the crowd. You were laughing at something Justin had said, your head tilting back in a way that made Matt’s chest tighten.
Screw it, he thought.
“Hey, Justin,” Matt said, stepping up to his brother, trying to sound casual. “Who’s your date?”
Justin’s brow arched, a knowing smile creeping onto his face. “Not my date. That’s Y/N, one of the bridesmaids. Why?”
Matt shrugged, though the heat rising to his neck betrayed his nonchalance. “Think you could introduce us?”
Justin laughed, clapping Matt on the shoulder. “Man, you’ve been staring at her all night. Took you long enough to ask. Come on.”
Matt followed Justin across the room, his pulse quickening with every step. The moment Justin tapped your shoulder and said, “Hey, there’s someone you’ve got to meet,” Matt swore he forgot how to breathe.
You turned at Justin’s voice, your curious smile still lingering from whatever joke he’d told you moments before. When your eyes landed on Matt, that smile didn’t just linger—it deepened, and Matt felt it like a punch to the chest.
“This is my brother, Matt,” Justin said casually, giving Matt a little shove forward. “He’s been dying to meet you all night.”
“Has he now?” you asked, your voice teasing but warm, your gaze locking onto Matt’s.
Matt chuckled, rubbing the back of his neck. “Not dying, exactly. Maybe… curious.”
“Curious, huh?” You tilted your head, your lips quirking into a playful grin. “Well, Matt, I’m Y/N. One of the bridesmaids, but I’m guessing you already knew that.”
Justin laughed, shaking his head. “And with that, my work here is done. Don’t blow it, Matt.” He clapped his brother on the back and walked off, leaving the two of you alone amidst the buzz of the reception.
Matt took a breath, trying to steady himself. “So… what do I say to someone who’s managed to distract me during an entire wedding ceremony?”
You raised a brow, your grin turning sly. “Is that your way of saying you were staring at me?”
He smirked, leaning slightly closer. “Guilty. But can you blame me? That dress is… dangerous.” His voice dipped, low enough to send a shiver up your spine.
“Oh, is that right?” you shot back, heat rising to your cheeks as you glanced away for a moment. “Careful, Matt, I might start thinking you’re trouble.”
He leaned in even closer, his voice dropping into a near-whisper. “And what if I am?”
Your breath caught for a second, but you refused to let him see you falter. You met his gaze head-on, a playful spark in your eyes. “Then I guess we’ll find out.”
The music shifted to a slower song, and Matt held out his hand without breaking eye contact. “Dance with me?”
You hesitated, just long enough to make him sweat a little, before finally slipping your hand into his. “Why not?”
The two of you moved to the dance floor, the world narrowing to just the two of you as Matt’s hand settled on your waist. His touch was warm, steady, and the way he looked at you—like you were the only person in the room—made your heart race.
“So, Matt,” you began, your voice light as you swayed to the music, “is this how you usually meet women at weddings?”
“Only the ones who make crimson look like a weapon,” he replied smoothly, earning a laugh from you.
As the night wore on, the conversation flowed as effortlessly as the dance, and by the end of the song, Matt knew one thing for certain: he wasn’t letting this be a one-time meeting.
The night carried on, the reception buzzing with laughter, music, and the kind of warmth that only weddings seemed to conjure. You found yourself mingling with family and friends, caught up in lighthearted conversations and the occasional glass of champagne. Every now and then, though, you’d catch Matt’s gaze across the room. He wasn’t subtle—each time your eyes met, a faint smile would tug at his lips, his eyes lingering just a beat too long.
It was after the cake cutting, when the crowd was thinning out on the dance floor, that Matt finally made his move. You were standing near the bar, swirling the last of your drink in your glass, when his voice broke through the din.
“Thought I’d find you here,” he said, leaning casually against the bar next to you.
You turned, your lips curving into a smirk. “Oh yeah? Stalking me now?”
“Not stalking,” he countered smoothly. “Just... gravitating.”
You laughed, shaking your head as you set your glass down. “Nice save.”
Matt grinned, his confidence growing with every second you stayed engaged. “So, how’s the night treating you?”
“It’s been fun,” you admitted. “Weddings have a way of making everything feel a little... magical.”
“Magical, huh?” He tilted his head, his eyes locking onto yours in a way that sent a flutter through your chest. “I’d agree. I think I got pretty lucky tonight.”
“Lucky how?” you asked, raising an eyebrow.
“Well,” he said, leaning in slightly, his voice dropping just enough to make your pulse quicken, “I met someone who completely stole my attention the moment I saw her. And now I’m trying to figure out how to make sure tonight isn’t the last time I see her.”
Your breath caught for a moment, his words catching you off guard. But you quickly recovered, your lips quirking into a sly smile. “You’re laying it on thick, huh?”
“Maybe,” he admitted, a soft laugh escaping him. “But I’m not lying.”
You tilted your head, pretending to consider his words. “Alright, then. Let’s say I believe you. What’s your next move?”
Matt’s grin turned boyish, almost endearing. “I was hoping you’d make it easy on me and just give me your number.”
You blinked, surprised by his straightforwardness, but the sincerity in his eyes made you soften. “Just like that, huh?”
“Just like that,” he said, holding out his phone. “Unless you want me to beg, but I’ve got to warn you—I’m terrible at it.”
You couldn’t help but laugh, shaking your head as you took his phone. “Alright, Matt. You’ve earned it.”
As you typed in your number, you felt his eyes on you, the weight of his attention palpable. When you handed the phone back, your fingers brushed against his, sending a jolt of warmth through you.
“There,” you said, your voice light but tinged with a hint of challenge. “Don’t lose it.”
Matt slipped his phone into his pocket, his gaze never leaving yours. “Oh, don’t worry. I won’t.”
For a moment, the noise of the reception faded, the two of you standing there like the only people in the room. And when you finally broke away to join the rest of the bridal party, you couldn’t help but glance back over your shoulder—only to find Matt still watching you, his smile soft and undeniably hopeful.

A year later, the two of you sat on the couch in Matt’s apartment, a warm blanket draped over your legs as the soft glow of fairy lights lit the room. His arm rested around your shoulders, pulling you close while you balanced a photo album in your lap. The album was new, one you’d put together after months of sorting through photos from your sister’s wedding—the day that changed everything.
“That was such a good day,” you murmured, running your fingers over a photo of the bride and groom sharing their first dance.
Matt leaned over to peek at the page, his lips curving into a smile. “It was. Perfect weather, cold but perfect, great food, good music…” He paused, his voice dropping into that familiar playful tone. “And then there was this one bridesmaid who completely stole the show.”
You rolled your eyes, laughing as you flipped to the next page. “Oh, please. No one was looking at me when my sister was in that dress.”
“Wrong,” Matt said firmly, his voice soft but certain. He reached out, flipping the album back to a photo of you walking down the aisle with Justin. The crimson dress shimmered under the light, your smile radiant as you glanced at the crowd. “I couldn’t look away. You were the most stunning thing I’d ever seen.”
You felt your cheeks warm at the memory, nudging him lightly with your elbow. “You’re ridiculous, you know that?”
“Maybe,” he admitted, pulling you closer, “but it’s true. I mean, come on, our whole story started there. If that’s not the definition of a meet-cute, I don’t know what is.”
You grinned, flipping to a photo of the two of you on the dance floor later that night. Your hand was resting on his chest, his head tilted down toward you as you laughed at something he’d said. The moment looked so natural, so effortless, that it was hard to believe it had only been hours after meeting him.
“It was kind of magical, wasn’t it?” you said softly, your fingers tracing the edge of the photo. “I mean, weddings are always special, but that one…”
“Was fate,” Matt finished for you, his voice playful but sincere.
You laughed, shaking your head. “Fate? Really? You’re going full rom-com on me now?”
“Hey, if the shoe fits,” he teased, brushing a kiss against your temple. “Think about it. If my brother hadn’t walked you down the aisle, if you hadn’t gone to the bar at the exact moment I worked up the courage to talk to you… it all just lined up.”
“Okay, maybe it was fate,” you conceded with a smile, tilting your head to look up at him. “But you were so smooth that night, Matt. I still can’t believe you just handed me your phone and asked for my number.”
“Hey, I knew what I wanted,” he said with a shrug, leaning back with a smug grin. “And clearly, it worked out pretty well for me.”
You rolled your eyes again, though your smile softened as you turned the page to the final photo—a candid shot of the two of you at the reception. You were standing outside the venue, your arms wrapped around each other, laughing at some forgotten joke while snow fell softly in the background.
“That was my favorite moment,” you admitted quietly, your finger brushing over the photo. “It was freezing, and my heels were killing me, but I didn’t care. It was just… us.”
Matt leaned down, pressing a soft kiss to your forehead. “That was the moment I knew I didn’t want it to be just one night.”
You looked up at him, your smile warm and a little teasing. “Oh, you knew, huh? All because of a wedding?”
“All because of our wedding,” he corrected, his eyes sparkling as he pulled you closer. “The one we didn’t plan, but somehow turned out perfect anyway.”

INVISBLE STRING PT 2

pairing: stranger!matt x reader
summary : in which you and Matt had met as kids on a vacation, but lived too far away from each other. But some string pulled you together later on in life .
warnings : underage drinking
part 1.
└────────────────────┘
⤑ summer 2022
“I’m so happy you agreed to come to this party with me, I can’t deal with these fake influencers alone.” Isabel laughed while straightening my hair.
“You know I’d never miss a chance to go to a party. Plus who knows maybe I’ll find a mega hottie.” I replied causing us both to giggle.
I applied lipgloss before shoving it into my bag and going to pick out an outfit.
“What happened to that guy in your comments, matt isn’t it? He might be there tonight.” She gave me a knowing look while strapping her heels.
“Wait really?” My head whipped over into her direction.
“I think he and his brothers were invited, maybe you two will hit it off.”
“Don’t be crazy belly, he’s like famous now.”
Ultimately I decided on a black lacy mini shirt, and black tube top paired with black heels.
“So how do I look.” I asked belly shoving my belongings in my bag.
“Holy shit you look hot.” I giggled and pulled out my phone.
“Ok our ubers like here so we should go.”
ׂ╰┈➤
We’d arrived at the party about an hour ago and drinks were already flowing, music was blaring and chatter filled everyone’s ear.
“Bells I’ll be back I’m going to refill my drink.” I yelled to her over the music before making my way over to the drink station.
“Now what type of drink is that?” I heard someone say to my behind me.
“Acid in a cup-“ I giggled and turned around to face whoever was talking to me.
“Matt?!” My eyes practically popped out of my head when I saw the brunette boy infront of me.
“Hi Y/N.” His smile was as bright as I remember, blue eyes like glaciers, the only thing that changed was his now brunette hair was blonde.
“You look..wow. Like respectfully really hot.” My mouth spoke before my mind, but that happens every time i’m intoxicated.
“I could say the same thing about you.” He smirked down at me.
He looked around before setting on me again.
“Wanna go outside, there’s a fire and it’s way less stuffy.” He finished with a laugh.
The rest of the night I had spent my time with Matt. There was never a moment where we weren’t by each other’s sides.
“So you really don’t drink?” I questioned taking a swig of water.
“18 almost 19 years sober.” He winked at me.
“Y/N I really need to go home.” bells exclaimed grabbing my arm.
“Oh um ok, sorry matt I have to go.”
I gave him a saddening look before I was pulled away by my friend.
“Wait!” I felt a hand on now my other wrist causing me to stop.
“Can I get your number before you disappear for another 15 years.” Matt quickly pulled out his phone.
I bit back a smile while nodding, typing my number into his phone.
ׂ╰┈➤
⤑ summer 2023
“Happy one year Matty!” I exclaimed entering his room a big smile placed on my face.
“How are you so energetic in the morning.” He groaned and pulled me down to lay with him.
“Matt it’s 11:30.” I giggled and brushed stray hairs out of his face.
He sighed while just staring at me.
“What’s are your mind?” I questioned running my fingers through his hair.
“I think I’m ready..” My eyebrows furrowed,
“For the day? Matt i’m a little con-
“No, no. I’m ready to announce us. I know it took a long time but I think no I know I’m-
I cut him off my placing my lips on his gently.
“I love you Matt.”
“I love you my girl.”

NEW FRIEND

pairing : bf!chris x gf!reader
summary : you and chris had been hanging out but then your sister and her husband have a huge emergency and your the only one who can watch her twins.
warnings : just swearing & fluff
‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿
“Chris your getting brownie batter all over my counter.” I giggled as he flung brownie mix at me.
He paused for a moment before putting brownie mix all over his lips cause my jaw to drop.
“The brownie monster is coming for you.” He launched at me, his arms engulfing my waist.
He placed wet, messy kisses on my cheek getting chocolate all over my face.
“Ew Chris you’re gross.” Our attention was quickly averted to my loudly ringing phone.
I picked up my phone seeing my sister was calling me, with a furrow of my eyebrows i answered her putting it on speaker phone.
“Hello?”
“Can I drop Via and Rustyn off? My water just broke and these kids can’t go to the hospital.” She frantically explained to me over the phone.
“Um Chris is here, it’s that fine with you?”
“More than fine, I trust him. Thank you, you’re a life saver my dear.” I muttered a quick bye before hanging up the phone.
“Well looks like i have to babysit.” I sighed and went to wet a paper towel so I can wipe off all the chocolate on my face and the counter.
“I’m excited to finally meet your niece and nephew.” Chris exclaimed putting the bowl in the sink.
“You’ll love them, they’re the sweetest ever.”
10 minutes later a loud knock echoed through the apartment. I opened the door to see my brother in law carrying two bags, two little blonde kids next to him.
“Ok I’ll be back as soon as I can again thank you so much. I love you both.” he planted a kiss on each of their heads before giving the bags to me and heading back into his car.
“Hey guys come on inside I have a big surprise.” I took their hands and closed the door with my foot.
Chris sat up off the couch and came over to the three of us, crouching down to their level.
“I’m Chris! It’s so nice to finally meet you two, your auntie is always talking about you.”
Rustyn gasped and looked up at me with wide eyes.
“Wanna play twucks wif me? They in my bag.” He displayed a massive smile on his face and pointed to the bag in my arms.
“Of course buddy, I love trucks.” I handed the bag to Chris, Rustyn already taking off into the living room.
I felt a tug on my arm causing me to look down at the little girl next to me.
“Is he your boyfwend?” She attempted to whisper, but it was more of a regular tone.
“Mhm, isn’t he cute?”
“Ya.” She giggled and ran off into the living room, tackling Chris’s back.
“Woah there, slow your roll Olivia.” He laughed placing her on the floor.
“Me not Olivia, just Via.” She pouted while crossing her arms.
I giggled at this interaction and went to go sit on the floor with them, Rustyn climbing into my lap.
“Oh! I’m very sorry miss Via.” Chris dramatically apologized, putting a grin on the little girls face.
“Chwis tan I do you mateup?” Via pleaded pulling on his arm.
Chris looked over at me for approval to use some of my makeup, to which I nodded.
“Only use the ones in the lowest drawer.” I directed standing up, picking Rustyn up with me.
“Let’s go check on the brownies I made.” I whispered to Rustyn while walking to the kitchen.
10 minutes later Rustyn and I had already indulged in a brownie sundae, chocolate all over his face.
“What is taking these two so long.” I helped my nephew off the bar stool before we went into my room to check on the two.
Giggles filled my ears as I got closer to the open door.
“Ywou wook so pwetty, auntie will wove ywou!” I heard a sweet voice tell Chris.
“Auntie wook!” Via pointed at Chris as she sat on my vanity.
I walked over to where I’d be standing opposite of Chris. A loud laugh escaped my lips as I saw his face, makeup was awfully out everywhere but somehow he still looked hot.
“Wow you look gorgeous Chrissy.” I cooed and pinched his cheeks to which he swatted my hand away.
“Via come eat bwonie!” Rustyn told her than ran back into the kitchen.
Via squealed and reached up at me. I helped the girl down, her instantly running after her brother.
“You really do look great.” I attempted to say with a straight face, but a small smile crept in.
“Not another word.” He silenced me before grabbing a makeup wipe.
I placed a quick kiss on his cheek before exciting my room.
After hours of playing and running around, Via and Rustyn finally settled down and agreed to get ready for bed.
I got both Via and Rustyn put in pj’s and tucked them into my guest bed. Both toddlers were cuddled up in the blanket, bottles in hand and one sleeping, the other fighting sleep.
“Auntie.” Via muttered rolling over to face me.
“What Via?”
“Chwis is my new fwend.”
My heart warmed as the little girl said that.
“I’m glad you like him.” I kissed her forehead before rubbing her cheek.
“Get some rest ok.” I turned off the light and exited the room, cracking the door a bit.
I sighed loudly while plopping down next to Chris on my bed, him instantly wrapping his arms around my waist.
“Thank you for helping me today, I really appreciated it.” I whispered to him, placing kisses on his face.
“Don’t thank me, I had a great time with them so.”
I stopped kissing him and held his face in between my hands.
“You know, playing with kids looks good on you. Kinda like a dilf.” He lowly chucked before kissing my lips.
“You’re such a dork.” He said in between kisses.

NEW YEAR’S DAY

pairing : single!matt x reader
summary : after a few months of talking matt had decided to come and visit you in new york. you and matt had gone to a mutual friends new year’s eve party together, him never leaving your side. will there be a certain question to pop, or will you two just become strangers?
warnings : fluff?
‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿
“Let’s get you to sleep ya.” I told my drunken best friend helping her into bed.
“I love you.”
“I love you too Ashtin.” I tucked her in, soon taking pain killers and placing them on her nightstand along with a glass of water.
Going back into the living room I saw a brunette boy who I had been with all night, looking over the room.
“There’s so much fucking glitter on the floor!.” I exclaimed once everyone left your bestfriend apartment.
“Look it’s literally penis confetti.” Matt giggled picking one up.
I looked out the large window to see all the party guests leaving, most girls carrying their heels in hand.
“How the f do you get candle wax off a hardwood floor.” Matt scratched his head and he leaned on the wall.
I sighed and traveled over to where he stood, but my gaze was set on a polaroid rather than the dried up substance he was looking at.
A smile made its way to my lips while I picked up the photo, it being of me and Matt.
“Look at this photo of us from last night.” I turned the picture to the side so he could get a peak.
“It’s literally still night it’s 12:30.”
“Technically it’s morning.” I sent him a cheesy smile, him currently towering over my figure.
“You’re such a nerd.” He smiled at me, tucking a hair behind my ear.
“Let’s not get to caught up here, we still have hundreds of bottles to clean up on this fine New Year’s Day.”
I pulled away from his grasp before I started to pick up empty champagne bottles all over my friend’s apartment, Matt helping me.
After an hour later Ashtin’s apartment was back into tip top shape. A tired Matt engulfed me from behind, his arms wrapping around my shoulders.
“I called a taxi it should be here any minute.” He whispered into my ear causing shivers to flow down my spine.
I gave him a small nod before collecting my belongings and locking up Ashtin’s apartment.
“You’re a really nice friend you know, I don’t know anyone who would stay an extra hour to clean up a mess they didn’t make, in some else’s house.” Matt told me, opening up the taxi door when we got downstairs.
“She’s done so much for me, I gotta repay her somehow. I mean she’s the reason I met you.” I looked over at him and saw a pink hue covering his cheeks.
He took my smaller hand in his and squeezed it three times as we sat in the back of the taxi.
I knew from then on this road that we’re gonna go on is gonna be a lot longer than we thought.
A few minutes later we arrived at my apartment, also where Matt had been staying during his time here in New York. The bright lights shining down in on us as we stood outside the lobby, chatter happening all around us.
“Matt, I really like you and I know long distance can be hard but I have a feeling we can make it work.” I explained to him through chattered lips.
“Y/N I don’t know if I will work out, long distance is tough and there’s always that what if. And you’ll always be busy with school and I have work-“
I cut him off while grabbing his cheeks in between my somehow warm cheeks.
“You can’t read ahead, I want to be there for you through up’s and down’s, when it’s hard, or it’s wrong even when we’re making mistakes. Please don’t turn away from me and become a stranger.” I expressed my feelings to him, the pad of my thumbs rubbing his cheeks.
He engulfed me in a warm hug, his arms tanging around my waist.
“For you I’ll make it work, I’ll continue to hold onto our memories together exactly how I hold onto you.”
‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿‿

INVISIBLE STRING

pairing: stranger!matt x reader
summary : in which you and Matt had met as kids on a vacation, but lived too far away from each other. But some string pulled you together later on in life .
pt.2
└────────────────────┘
⤑ summer 2007
The Sturniolos had just recently rented a beach house in old orchard beach, connected to another beach house through one big yard. Three small blonde boys ran around in the grassy area, giggles filling the air.
You walked out, your older brother by your side. The summer breeze flowed through your hair as you went to go play outside.
You looked over to see three boys whispering, their eyes and heads looking in your direction. One boy shyly came up to you and your brother.
“Hi, I’m Matt. Wanna pway tag?” A little boy softly spoke.
“Mhm.” You quickly nodded your head, a small smile making it onto your face.
“What’s your name?” Another boy asked, now behind Matt.
“Y/N.”
“Cool well I’m Nick, dat Chwis.”
For hours you ran around with the four boys, your brother even joining in for a few rounds. New games were being created every minute, one you were playing red light green light the next you were playing what’s the time Mr.Fox.
“Here guys take a photo together so you’ll remember each other forever.” Your mom smiled and pulled out her camera.
She snapped a quick photo, you all quickly running away after she took it.
It started to get dark so yours and their parents agreed on one more game, hide and seek. You were currently hiding behind the girl next to your house.
Small footsteps flooded you ears and you stayed as still as ever hoping it wasn’t Nick, who’s seeking at the moment. Matt had come into your viewing, offering you a small wave.
“Can I hwide here?”
With a nod of you head he sat down but not before you threw up a symbol telling him to shush.
“You pwetty y/n.”
“Tank you.”
He looked both ways before quickly places his lips on yours before instantly pulling away.
“Matt, Chris, Nick bed time!”
“Bye Y/N, hope I see you again.”
With that he was gone in an instant, you hadn’t known what love had felt like, only being four years old. But already you knew he was your first love.
⤑ summer 2022
You had layed on your bed scrolling through old photos on your mom’s camera until you came across a photo of you and three random boys.
You tried to retract your memory, it all flooding back to you. A light gasp escaped your lips before transferring the photo onto your phone.
Hitting play on your tik tok, you went from your side to onto your stomach.
“Ok so quick background summer of 2007 I had went to oob with my family and we had this house with a shared backyard ok. I met these three little boys and literally one of them was my first kiss.”
I had now changed the background to a green screen of the photo I had just acquired.
“I have no memory of what their names were but tik tok do you thing, find my bffs and my first kiss.”
You smiled into the camera before ending it and posting it.
A few hours later you went to go check onto your video and had seen it completely blew up.
“Holy shit.” you muttered before clicking on the comments.
