(possible swimsuit skin for Napoleon Cake)
Who the heck will go to beach with grey trench coat, a stupid hat and bloomers as swim pants—
Welp, this guy will.

This.Makes.Me.Feel.Bad.All.The.Time. Like……Isn’t it suppose to be a game for kids? There are three yokais who have back stories throughout the whole game series — Whisper, Jibanyan, and USApyon. Whisper turns out to be the most miserable one, because the other two can still meet their former masters in modern time, while Whisper’s master lost the Campaign of Sekigahara, was captured and beheaded later— and all these stuff happened about 400 years away from the time of Springdale. I did some research of Mitsunari Ishida after I watched the episode, and it seemed like the script writing team of Yokai Watch wrote him based on historical references— Ishida barely had allies in the Toyotomi shogunate because of his characteristic for being way too strict with everyone—his colleagues HATED him. But Ishida was definitely a great person for making friend— he valued friendship very high. Therefore, I think it’s still reasonable for Ishida regarding whisper as “the light that showed me which pass to follow”! By the way, I am visiting the battlefield of Sekigahara and Zawayama Mountain this summer— thanks Yokai Watch, you make me love another historical figure!
