New week ahead. Before I dig in into my papers I had to stop, enjoy the moment, look sun in the eyes and take a picture of my work place to share with you guys.
I would like to introduce this magical place I am blessed to work at again this year. The building Stará Tržnica is somehow special, located in the middle of Old Town of Bratislava, having itself very unique atmosphere and bringing that additional value which makes me hurry to work even more. Very smart there is place to sit outside, especially these days when the weather is just perfect. Still summer in September giving me even more energy and drive to keep challenging myself. SUNDAY PREPARATION Being able to help people, and most importantly to do no harm can be truly a challenge even I might be advising with my best intentions. Each of us is very different with his genetics, social background, tradition and culture we have been raised, with surrounding around us, with our likes and dislikes, with medical conditions, with lifestyle we are living every single day. That is why is impossible to make a golden rule in order to help, because there is no such a thing that would be universal for everyone. Each of us is unique and special, made by mix of all the attributes I mentioned few lines above. However, I believe that through experience, never-ending self education and constant broadening my knowledge in different areas of health I might be closer to make almost perfectly precise plan for my clients and help them to feel better, to heal and to maintain being healthy along their entire life span.

About last week <3 Even this time on my internship I am focusing mainly on coaching and health advising, it is always nice to change and when I am having spare energy I love to lead the workshops for kids or adults to spread the word about healthy nutrition and cook all together, inspire each other and having a lot of fun. Healthy make-ahead snacks for living in a hurry
- snacks that satisfy

One of my clients who became a mum not so long time ago, is mainly fighting with having not enough time for eating healthily while being the best mum and wife every single day. It is battle I believe each of us has already experienced when we all used to be too busy to prepare nice nutritious food for ourselves and our dearest. Sometimes it is not even laziness what is missing, rather just a bit of knowledge and inspiration to create easy, quick, delicious, fulfilling and healthy meals to have home or take on go whenever you need. Get inspired by few I chose for you: purely baked sweet potatoes ''fries'' with avocado mousse, little jars to go with whatever fruits, veggies, nuts or spread you like, chocolate chips (with 70% of cacao content min) topped by dried fruits with nuts, rye bread toast with healthy fats and proteins, veggie bowl, spelt-banana muffins with no sugar added, crunchy cauliflower bites, banana-choco lollipops. My Internship Place: same-same but different - Jemine
Jemine, located in Bratislava, capital of Slovakia, is a company with focus on educational workshops regarding health for children, youths and adults, health food catering service and this year they expended their focus also on health advising and coaching. As I was part of this company already during my first internship last year, the place is very familiar to me and I am very excited to focus on health coaching this time and get the experience of being part of, and contributing to the development of their further business together with my personal and career grow in new area.
People in this company and I are sharing the same beliefs regarding holistic approach of health, food, nutrition and overall well-being. That is the reason for me not to doubt my decision to join them again for my second internship, is right choice. Being in Slovakia has also very special meaning for me as I can share all the knowledge I gained in Denmark at GNH and apply it to help people in the country I grew up.
At my internship place I will mainly focus on health coaching preferably would like to work and concentrate on nutrition part, together with psychology of eating, health behavioural change and habits creation/changing habits approach as a significant part. This internship presents me with an opportunity to apply theories and models from modules taught through our education into practical setting as well as give me experience I can use later on for my professional career building in health coaching and promotion.
