"20.15 WIB gimana kak?" balas saya. Jam kerja saya memang hingga malam hari. Diatas jam 22.00 saya istirahat.
"Belum tidur anak jam 8. Jam 10 apakah bisa kak? Maaf banget kalau bisa saya minta jam 10 kak." jawabnya. Jika feedbacknya terlalu lama beliau khawatir gak fokus gara-gara ada anak tambahnya
Akhirnya konsultasi diadakan sekitar pukul 22.00 WIB. Feedback talents mappingnya berlansung hampir 1 jam.
Hi kak Neli. Bersyukur banget bisa ketemu kakak di Quora. Sebetulnya akhir2 ini saya lagi down.
Namun ternyata setelah saya ikut test bakat.

Staying in on a Saturday night might seem like a boring or lonely choice, especially when it feels like everyone else is out partying. However, taking the time to work on your dreams and goals can be incredibly rewarding, both in the short and long term. In this blog post, we'll explore why it's good to stay at home on a Saturday night and focus on yourself.
First of all, it's important to remember that everyone's definition of fun is different. While some people might love going out and partying, others might prefer a quieter night in. Don't feel pressured to conform to what you think others are doing - do what makes you happy.
When you choose to stay in and work on your goals, you're investing in your future. Whether it's working on a side hustle, learning a new skill, or taking steps towards a larger goal, the time and effort you put in now will pay off in the future. Plus, when you achieve your goals, you'll feel a sense of accomplishment that can't be replicated by a night out.
Staying in also gives you the opportunity to recharge and focus on self-care. While it's important to socialize and have fun, it's equally important to take care of yourself. Take a relaxing bath, read a book, or meditate - whatever helps you feel refreshed and energized. This will help you be more productive and focused when you do decide to go out and socialize.
Finally, staying in can be a great opportunity for reflection and self-discovery. Use this time to journal, set intentions, and connect with yourself. You might discover new interests or passions that you never knew existed.
In conclusion, staying in on a Saturday night might not be the most popular choice, but it can be incredibly beneficial. By focusing on your goals, investing in your future, and taking care of yourself, you'll set yourself up for success and fulfillment. So next time you're debating whether to go out or stay in, consider the benefits of staying in and working on yourself.

Prioritising your feelings doesn’t come as naturally as it should if you put the feelings of others above your own. That’s an easy habit to adopt when you’re super caring and considerate. But what that can lead to is resentment and frustration. Especially if you’re not talking up as much as you know you should and showing yourself that same care. So here are some ways to improve prioritising your feelings so you can focus that care inwards first 🫶🏼. Extending the Past or Expressing the Future. Your March Muse.
I saw a couple of powerful quotes today as I was rereading/sorting all my notes that I have gathered up into quite a pile on my desk. Some struck a chord with me so I would love to share some of them with you.
Here goes…
We paint our future based on what has happened in the past which leads to us living our future by extending the past.
There is no past or future except as a memory or an anticipation in our minds.
I totally geek out over these kind of quotes. I’d like to know what they mean to you.
I’ll explain my understanding & I’ll try unpacking it to make it more accessible.
The 1st one, to me, means we only have the past as a reference to our present or future & if we obsess on the past we just recreate that loop again and again.
The 2nd is great because it affords us a way to not obsess on the past anymore because it’s just a reference.
So if we can loop the past into repeating itself, can we also realize/create from an anticipated vision of the future??
Dr Joe Dispenza says you absolutely can & he is even getting results to prove it.
HOW??
The trick is, it’s easy to BELIEVE your past and even recreate the same emotions & the same body chemistry when we romance our past BUT it’s really hard for us to ‘romance’ the future & create the emotions that trigger the body chemistry to match the inspired vision when we know it hasn’t happened…yet.
So we have to entertain a clear vision of the future more than we revisit the past. That’s not easy, I’m still practicing – my future vision is where I’m attending one of Joe Dispenza’s workshops where he is showing me how it’s done. Lol. If you’re interested to delve deeper & hear Joe Dispenza’s miraculous story, I have a video that dives into this premise here.
