Shifting Tips, Improvement, & Motivation.
(From someone who's also trying to shift for almost a month now)

Side Note: You don't have to go along with anything on here, this is just a space for those who'd like some advice and what information I've gathered so far, shifting is the journey you make it to be. 🩵

1. Do NOT rush the process! I did this every single night in the first week of attempting to shift. I didn't get any good outcome, and you can't force your mind into shifting unless
you relax and let it naturally work.
2. Don't lose motivation. So many people have concluded shifting as "fake" and "a ridiculous concept", majority of those people gave up on believing because they lost the motivation to actually shift! The night you stop your shifting journey could've been the night you shifted! Don't give it up. Your only motivation should be that you WILL shift one day, not matter what.

3. Find more methods! A method you tried for nights and days on end won't work? Okay, find a new method! The more you options you have as methods, the easier it may be for you. It's like trying to find a pair of shoes that fits. You'll know when. Not only that, but there's a lot of platforms you can do research on when it comes to finding shifting methods. The more you practice these methods, the more you know about yourself. You do better with visualizing? Find a method similiar to that. You're not good at that? Find methods that are the opposite to it.

4. Cut out the background noise. ALYWAYS. I suggest playing 6hz theta waves, or rain sounds. Anything that blocks out your OR's sound. I also suggest an app called Musi, there's no ads that could distract you from shifting! If you can't do that, pretend the sound in your OR is from your DR. (if it's similiar, sometimes it can be hard to pull off.)

5. Affirmations. I LOVE affirmations, they can always be self-motivating when it comes to shifting. All you have to do is write a list-as much as you can-relative to your DR that reminds you of it. Affirmations can also be used to reassure yourself that everything will be okay when you first shift to your DR.

6. I've always seen a lot of people talk about how they do daily things/actions relative to how their DR self would do them. You're basically acting out as yourself, obviously, but I like doing that a lot as motivation.

7. You don't have to fill out everything on your DR script. An example is if you use a shifting template from a creator. If anything, there's going to be things on there to fill out that will cost you additional time, but I suggest working on the most important things first.

8. If it makes you feel better, many others are in the process of stressing about shifting, so don't rush it, and don't compare yourself to others who have shifted earlier than you on your journey! It's all based on when YOU'RE ready to shift. Each person's experience is individually different. I cannot stress this enough.
