debunking almost every excuse "my body would go into starvation mode!!" myth. has been debunked. "i can't exercise!!" sorry, was that a person with a 10+ hour daily screentime saying they "don't have time"? "my parents would stop me!" hide it then. my mother was 4n0rex1c and my father knows almost every trick and i'm *still* losing weight. try harder. "i have no self control!" actually, you do. you use the same control you're using to scroll down this page with your hand that you do to just.. not eat. it's as simple as that. don't pick up the fork. "but the calories add up!!" track every calorie then. no just "it was a quick handful" or "it was just a sip" log it then. if it goes in your body, track it. "people would notice!!" okay isolate yourself then? are you more desperate for attention and validation or being thin? "i boredom eat!!" get a fucking hobby then. find something to do. *gasp* maybe go OUTSIDE for a change? "i binge alot!!" why? what is *motivating* you to cram as much junk as you can into your mouth? that solves literally nothing. get a clue. there is no excuse. you just aren't ready to commit.
