I’ll try to help. First, accept it. Okay, got that down? Second, deep breathing. You got that? Okay good. Thirdly (is that a word? Idk, I’m not an English major) turn to something that stabilizes you. Could it be writing? Maybe! Fourthly (that cannot be a real word) if something suddenly bothers you, focus your 5 senses on an object in the room. Lastly, reframe any negativity you might feel in a positive way. Idk girl, I’m not a doctor. I wish I could lift your spirits tho.
