from what I understood from chapter 2 and the very little lore we got, Spamton was meant to be a tv salesman type, and his speech seems to kind of emulate flipping through commercials quickly (in an absurdist way). However his pop culture references are nonsensical, glitched out, and redacted

Telly seems to be a good example of what Spamton COULD'VE been, effectively advertising channels and responding to customer feedback. His pop culture references are slightly dated, but they're still comprehensible and relevant to conversation.

TLDR: Telly is a [B I G S H O T] TV representative
