I also hope they never take off Avalon's mask without reason. It's such perfect characterization. He is literally hiding his face behind his faith, and trying to blend in with the rest of the druids. That lends his arguments more weight, even if sometimes it is literally just him and Rhiannon calling the shots now that Elizabeth is gone. Sometimes Avalon is Avalon, and sometimes he's a representative of The Keepers or just All The Druids as a whole. I love that. Keep his hood on.

Derek redesign! Thank you for reminding me about how dirty he was done @toruq and @simplyssoscreenshots on my last post 💀

I completely forget he wasn't originally white which is pretty sad! I always considered his SSL art as him being Indian and I think it also works lovely for his design!

I tried to tackle his design as more practical and casual, even though it was sooo tempting to make him slay so hard. I am happy with this though, it feels very reasonable and grounded. Again, I am trying to consider and limit myself with how I do these, as if it could actually be fit to add into SSO as it is now.

Hope people like him, I know he's pretty beloved and I like him a lot too. He's just a very endearing character to me :-)c
