Hello um I just wanted to know what are your thoughts on magia record witch's and what are thoughts on how they became witch's.

So, full disclosure, I only briefly played Magia Record when it came out and didn’t really get into it- I’m not a huge mobile game player aside from the occasional rhythm game like LoveLive or ProSekai. The anime is on my to watch list, but I haven’t really prioritized it since the game didn’t grab me. Unfortunately that does mean I’m not exactly qualified to answer this *exact* question, but maybe I’ll come back to it if/when I sit down and watch the anime! Which… may be a minute as I am currently making my way through Doctor Who with my partner. Thanks for asking anyways though! Much love,

☆Welcome to Magica Witch Project☆

Howdy folks! My name is Mod Mami and I am the main moderator for this page. Magica Witch Project is a little writing project I started about 6 years ago where I take YOUR wishes and create magical girls and witches based on them. Included in this is a description of your costume, powers, weapon, relationship to other magia in the community, your downfall, and your witch form. Are you interested? Great! Here’s how to get a wish of your very own 💛

1. Decide on your wish. Anything goes here! I’ve written everything from illness curing, to undying pets, to pocket dimensions. No wish is too grand or too small- just remember it all comes back in the end. To keep the blog interesting, here are a few wishes we have done TO DEATH. If you want to still send them, please take care to elaborate more on EXACTLY what you want so I have something to go on.

- I wish for infinite wealth/gold/money/etc

- I wish to protect my friends/family

2. What else should I know? In order to get your piece as personal to you as possible, tell me a little about yourself. Favorite colors or animals, hobbies, personality, etc. Anything you care to share might be helpful in creating your character! This is also where you should let me know if you are NOT a magical girl or if you have specific pronouns. They don’t come up often but magical boys and magical NB folks (who I call Magia here) are always welcome.

3. Specific story details you want (optional). Have a specific way you envision something for your story? Maybe you REALLY want pants rather than a skirt? Or perhaps you have always wanted to use a bow? Maybe there is a very specific way you want to set off your transformation into a witch. Put it here! This is completely optional and if you want to see what I can do, I appreciate it. But if there’s something you just can’t miss, toss it in there and I’ll be sure to include it.

Once you’ve put that all together in an ask, just send it in and you’ll be added to the queue! As always, if the work you receive is not to your liking and you need minor changes, let me know and I am happy to edit for you. I look forward to bringing you even more magical girls!

Whew, it’s dusty in here. Been a while, huh? A full year since I’ve even posted on this thing. I’ve been busy, sure, but it’s still a shame what has happened to this place. Guess it’s time to clean this place up and get it running again. It won’t be easy, of course, especially with my writing skills as rusty as they are, but I want to try. My new years’ resolution for 2024 is to bring this place back to where it used to be, and here’s my plan for doing so:

1. Completely clear out the inbox and open it back up. Not muscle through the prompts like I had been- I mean actually clear them out. Most of what is in there has been there since about 2018 and chances are a lot of those users have forgotten they even sent anything in. I want to open it back up so that active users can have their wishes granted! Know your prompt is in there and have been waiting all this time? Send it in again and it’ll re-enter the queue, probably closer to the front than it ever was. No worries!

2. Update the FAQ and “How To Wish” guides. I want them to be easier to read and understand. I would also like to add a clear section about common wishes we get around here and how to keep them fresh and interesting. Just so we don’t end up with the old issue of getting a dozen prompts wishing for the same thing again.

3. Promote the discord server again once interest has renewed in the project. It has been largely inactive these days but I know there are users who would love to see it make a return. I may update the server some to make it more functional than it is, but honestly it’s been fine all these years so changes will likely be minimal.

4. Get back to a regular upload schedule. I know we haven’t had one since… well, probably 2018 before I graduated high school. But now that I’m a grown woman with a work schedule and no more classes to attend, I just have to make myself more disciplined and take time out of my weekend to write a little. It may be shaky for the first couple weeks, but I would like to get to the point where I am updating twice a week. No promises, but that is the goal! If I can do more I will, but we will have to see.

Some changes to the above may be made, as in i may keep a couple old prompts to help promote this blog again before new work comes in, but otherwise that’s the goal. Happy new year, everyone! Let’s clean this place up and make it as great as it once was. With all the love in my heart,

The Puella Magi Witch Project

Witches are (usually) the primary evil force of Madoka Magica and it’s onslaught of spinoffs, and my personal favorite aspect of the series. Despire the series having over 150+ canon witches in its still expanding anthologies, there’s still a lot of empty claim when it comes to witches. 

For example, Gertrud is the rose garden witch, but who makes the witch of roses, and who makes the garden witch? This blog was made to answer these itches in the brains of Madoka Magica fans

Hello! My wish would be to save the earth from human destruction, including (but not limited to) reversing climate change, reversing deforestation, getting rid of pollution, and saving endangered animals! I am very shy, timid, and I try to be kind as possible! I love animals, the outdoors, traveling, and drawing. Thank you so much! Your magical girl form has a very rustic sense to it. It starts with a sleeveless crop top colored brown. This attaches to a set of straps which then attaches to the belt of your skirt, olive green in color and heavily layered in a long handkerchief style. Along your belt is an assortment of glass jewels and gold charms that shimmer in the light. Fingerless gloves cover your hands and some chunky boots cover your feet, both colored a light brown. Your shoulders are covered by a dark yellow cowl which trails into two strands of fabric. On your face you don an antique respirator. The base of it is a deep brown, and is accented with shimmering gold stitching and metal rings. Atop your head lies a wide brim hat that is black in color. On the crown of the hat is where your soul gem resides, golden yellow and shaped like an inverted triangle. Your weapon is a circular shield consisting of a transparent material much like glass. It is rimmed with golden accents and despite being lightweight, it is perfect for protecting those you love. All of this accumulates into your unique magic, the ability of psychometry. Simply touching an object will allow you to view that object's history and what has happened around it. This often comes in handy when you need to track down a fleeing witch. Ever since you made your contract, a new vigor flows within you to try and preserve our environment. Planting trees, picking up trash, and encouraging people you know to recycle has become a daily cycle in your life. People you reach out to assist you are compelled to aid in your mission. The more witches you defeat makes the world more pure, more clean, more safe. Or at least, that’s what you think. No matter what you do it never seems to be enough. However many trees you plant, pieces of trash you pick up, and witches you slay, it does almost nothing to fight against the pollution. New threats are appearing each day and you feel overwhelmed. Everywhere you look you see ignorant people with no regard for their environment. It sickens you, until enough is enough. You’re at your limit when you finally decide to let go. To submit to your despair. You allow it to corrode your soul until it all culminates into the birth of a towering beast. You are now Helena, the crater witch. Her nature is that of preservation. The extremity of your wish has resulted in your corrupted counterpart to become incredibly powerful. She lives by her lonesome in a decrepit labyrinth.  Thick layer of ash covers the ground with rocks and fallen tree trunks scattered around. Interestingly enough, the trees seem to all point away from a single point, the epicenter of the labyrinth. Trekking far enough through the labyrinth will showcase even more of the charred landscape, until finally encroaching upon the witch herself. Gargantuan in stature, her body is a humanoid shape and made of an ashy gray rock that creaks when she moves. Her long, bulbous limbs have a steady gradient to black produced from the own heat her body emanates. Instead of a face there is simply a rugged hole boring straight through her head. Suspended in the center of the hole by pillars of volcanic rock is a large crystal, which once shone brilliantly but has since been coated by many thick layers of ash. Her feet have been molded into wide, flat stumps, but what is most interesting are her arms. In place of hands lie two bubbling craters spewing magma. The personality of her former life still resonates with Helena. Anything that has managed to make it this far she seeks to protect from the own devastation she will cause them. Using the lava she spews from her arms she will attempt to incase the lifeform in obsidian, however she doesn’t understand that it is not quite obsidian yet and results in the creature simply getting smothered by the molten hot magma. Further observation will reveal many different amorphous blobs of magma scattered across the ground surrounding Helena, the only remains of the intruders. It would take an exceptionally strong puella magi to take down this witch, but in reality Helena is much more frail than one would assume. All it would take is to destroy the central crystal within her head. Doing so will result in the witch falling to her knees and crumbling to ash as a steady breeze comes and blows her and her labyrinth away. Hey hey hey, it’s another meguca prompt!! As soon as I saw this submission I was struck by inspiration. Thank you for submitting a prompt, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed writing it!

Hello! I've recently stumbled across your blog, and i keep seeing a 'wish project', may i ask what it is? It seems rather interesting!

Hi there! Magica Wish Project is a little thing I started about 5 years ago as a creative writing exercise. What we do is we take prompts from individuals looking for custom magical girls and witches based on their wishes and personalities. In the years since, this project has grown to be something I never imagined it could be. We now have 3 mods and an ever growing readership! I’m so glad to hear you’ve taken interest in our little blog. I know it’s been dead recently, but hopefully I’ll get it back to speed soon. A brief update from Mod Mami-

Hey lovely people! So; it’s been a while. Like… a good while. As many of you know, this is just a small passion project I started in high school that I’ve been running all the way up to now- my junior year of college. As such, I’ve been SO busy and haven’t had time to run this place like I want to. Hopefully that all changes soon! One thing that will help is the fact that I officially have my degree in Baking and Pastry Arts! 🎉 That means no more 30+ hour a week labs or internships. I am also moving away from home and up to Rhode Island to finish my bachelors in Foodservice Management, so I’ll be in a much more creative environment. Things could still be a little crazy for the next few weeks but I am making it my goal to start regularly sending our wishes for you all in the next couple weeks. I hope you’re all enjoying the last part of your holiday and Christmas wish you luck as you return to school and work. Much love!

She wished that she never had to sleep because her homework kept her up so late that she had no more time for her hobbies. She could have wished to be smarter, but wanted to know that she was learning from her own abilities, not magic. Or, that's what she claims. The truth is, she didn't think of that when she made her wish. She was afraid Kyubey would go and she'd miss her chance. But she did realize that not having to sleep would be useful in hinting witches. Please make her witch form too.

Your magical girl form is quite a bit stranger than most. The outfit consists of an ebony leotard with a halter top and very short skirt, all soft to the touch. This is paired with a voluminous coat covered with deep red poppy flowers. Although your outfit is perfect for a good night's rest, your accessories give you a sharp reminder of your true nature. Your wrists and ankles are encased with two thick bracelets lined with sharp, matte white spikes. On your feet are thick boots decorated with similar poppies as your coat along with the same white spikes covering the bottom of the boot’s sole. On your head is a large headband lined with white spiked studs and a pair of ebony ram horns. Around your neck, your soul gem shaped like a poppy flower and glittering a deep crimson sits embedded into a thick choker. Your weapon is an eerie whip, with the handle resembling the stalk of a poppy flower and a serrated wire lash. Simple, yet powerful, your strange fighting techniques have caught the attention of your companion magical girls. Your unique magic of being able to enhance all of your senses for a period of time makes you an essential part of any magical girl team. Your normal life and schedule is practically thrown on its head once you make your wish. Your need for sleep has completely disappeared, and now you can finally have enough time to do everything. School during the day, then hobbies, then homework until the sun rises. Of course you’ll need to slot some time for magical girl hunts, but that shouldn’t be a problem.

On the contrary, you start becoming too dependent on the amount of time you now have. You find your soul gem becoming cloudy much quicker as the days pass. It feels like your magic is constantly being drained to account for your non-existent need for sleep, a consequence of your impulsive wish. You find yourself having to put more and more time aside for hunting until not even that is enough. One night, you’re broken and battered after your latest fight, not having defeated the witch before it could escape. You desperately try to follow after it but your body is at your limit. You hear a sharp crack, as your soul gem overflows with impurities and initiates your transformation. You are now Silke, the Stimulant Witch, with a Deprived nature. Silke’s labyrinth is that of a hazardous mountain. Craggy rocks and an absence of any life leads to an infinite descent of nothing, the end of a huge cliff. The sky is that of an early morning sunrise colored a rich cerulean. One who decides to linger would see the scorched ground they were standing upon, as well as the fiery familiars that reveal themselves with the sun rising up from behind the mountain. Ferocious shapes shrouded in blindingly bright flame will attack anyone caught in their light, burning them up with their flames.  To avoid their might one would need to find a way to block the sunlight from touching them, thus being inherently invisible to the familiars. As the sun continues to rise the master of the labyrinth soon reveals herself. Silke has the body of a monstrous ram with sickly limbs. Her head appears to have been cut off with a black ooze seeping from where it once was, and in its place growing from the neck stump is a massive cluster of ebony poppy flowers. The WItch’s tail consists of a razor sharp chain and something like a ball of needles attached to the end. If a magical girl were to be pricked by one of these needles the venom coating it will cause them to go hysterical, going on a rampage against anything including fellow magical girls. Silke seems to be quite sluggish when unprovoked, but that calmness doesn’t last for long when she steps into the light and her familiars begin attacking the witch herself. This will cause Silke to go on a rampage herself and the poppy flowers making up her head will turn a bright crimson as they spark with flames. If someone were looking to defeat the Witch, they would need to be careful of her familiars and have a way to block the sunlight. Now hidden from the familiars, you’d be able to attack the witch, preferably with ranged attacks from your safe spot. Once defeated the Witch will rear up on its hind legs and suddenly ignite into flames as she, along with her labyrinth, fade away.

Wow! My very first official wish!! Practical in short thinking, but in the long run probably not as helpful as one might think. Thank you for submitting your wish, I hope you like it and if you’d like me to change anything just let me know!
