“I’d like to look over the water once we board.” Alaric said to his fiancé not bothering to try and keep stiff posture anymore. Alaric blushed and closed his eyes unable to look as ferre helped him into new cloths. He didn’t let go of Ferre’s hand once his shirt was off until he needed help with his pants

Alaric looked and saw Morgan had left for the bathroom. “When you knocked.. the first time, I couldn’t answer.. I wanted too but I cals men they.. they said I had to be tested for my time with cal.” He said blinking back tears. “They finally let me to when you knocked again that’s when I — I answered the door

Now please dispose of your wet cloths in here” she gestured to a bin. “New cloths are in the drawer and we will be checking you all over.” Morgan gasped seeing how big the room was and the large bed with drawers that held shell handles. “Get warm.. you’re safe now.”

Alaric smiled trembling and hugging him back closely. “So are you.” He said in tearful relief. “If you three are ready I have a room.” One of the nurses said

Alaric looked around when they reached the other side. Finally relaxing being away from first class on the other side. He sighed in relief seeing him and Morgan and gently waved

Morgan nodded her eyes looking around.

“Please.” He said walking with her the best he could. Passing many people still asking for their loved ones or sitting together. He ignored hearing his mother and tried to speed up

“Okay.” She said relaxing from the rocking. “Where is he?” She whispered

“My last name?” He asked listening to the voices of people walking by him in case. “Parker.” He whispered. “Gabriel and Morgan’s is.. Combeferre.” He said shifting on his feet

Alaric exhaled when he saw it was just a nurse.. still sore from cals men. “My names Alaric..” he said in a near whisper stepping closer and trying to hide his face “I-I’m looking for someone.. Gabriel and Morgan.”

“Right here sweetheart.” A woman said giving her a thick green blanket. “Can I get your names?” She asked giving ferre a blanket as well. “Come sit.”

Alaric watched his lifeboat pull up to a large boat and waited

A large ship finally emerged after what felt like hours, the yells had died down each breath now hurt from the cold, lifeboats started emptying as people boarded to safety
