What loops in your mind mostly when you're at work.

depends on the job but usually im kind of too focused/distracted by the work itself to be daydreaming abt other shit..... if im not planning out art or things i wanna do when i get home my brain is kind of empty tbh. i try to be mindful/meditate at least a little during my downtime instead of chasing phone dopamine just to keep the brainworms organized
