This is my debut novel and after 3 very long years of editing, I have finally decided to self-publish. Writing this story was my everything in a pretty dark time of my life and I was a very different person when I finished it. It's incredibly important to me that Mercy, the protagonist, is ace and that she is still loved in every possible way. She is adored.

This is a story about killing your abusers. About making your own family and trusting them to get you through anything. It's about finding your own self-worth through the love of others and your love for them.

I don't know if @korakos will see this. I just wanted to say that AFTG kept me alive for a very long time and showed me aces can be protagonists and have their happy endings. You have a copy if you ever want it.

Review - The Borrow A Boyfriend Club by Page Powars

Ahem. Anyways. I read this because I was actually interested in "And They Were Roommates" and had virtually no idea what this book was about but I REGRET NOTHING!

"Instead, they all nodded and hung on to Asher’s every word like he was Christ reincarnated. No, not like Christ. Something more powerful. Like he was the most popular boy in school."

This story reads like if Ouran Highschool Host Club and a Dating Sim had a very gay book baby. (Also that dedication alone…I thought it couldn’t possibly be what I thought it might be but then IT WAS? IYKYK)

The whole concept is absolutely ridiculous (but also really sweet if you think about it) and I loved it! While I did think there was a bit too much back and forth between Noah and Asher I enjoyed the whole experience greatly. I also need more of all the side characters!

3.5/5 stars and I can't wait to read ATWR soon

If you’re looking for a cute story about putting too much pressure on yourself and others (the teen angst was REAL) and learning self love/acceptance in a cutesy and ridiculous setting with all the adorable cheesyness of a good rom-com, this is the book for you!

I need a queer studies expert with knowledge on literary theory to read My Androgynous Boyfriend and write essays on it so I can read them. It's a fluff romance manga that's exactly what it says on the tin (straight couple is madly in love with each other but they're always mistaken for a wlw couple)

It's fine. It's cute. It's fluff. It's an easy lowstakes read. But it's sheer existence has enraptured the overly analytical part of my brain. What is queerness? How do you define it?? Is it a social position or an identity??? What is sociatal expecation???? What's a society????? Is it real?????? Am I real???????

My favorite things so far about SVSSS is instead of being a novel about every female character falling in love with Luo Binghe, it turned into every male character falling in love with a very oblivious Shen Qingqiu
