After my home was destroyed, I had no choice but to start from scratch.

I cleaned up what was left and gathered whatever I could,

and built a tent next to the rubble — hoping it could shield us from the summer heat and winter cold.

It’s not much… but it’s better than nothing

My home was destroyed, and my family and I became homeless, searching for a place to protect us from the cold winter and the scorching summer heat. I was not a wealthy person, but I lived simply, trying to provide my family with the food and medicine they needed.

I suffer from chronic illnesses such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and a chest condition, which causes my health to deteriorate rapidly. Breathing has become difficult for me, and with each passing day, I no longer have the ability to work or provide the treatment I need. As my condition worsens, my sense of helplessness grows, and my worries for my family increase.

Today, I live with my family in a temporary shelter, moving between tents, trying to survive. But what pains me the most is seeing my children suffering from the cold and hunger while I can do nothing. My life has become a continuous struggle.
