I had some free time and I've been wanting to try to create a design based on Rilian for a very long time but there was always no time or energy. So I found a blank sheet, drew a sketch, I took a photo and painted it in an Ibis.

The drawing is dirty, but lately I've been really tired and And I don't have much time to refine and clean it :( sorry

At first, I wanted to do art like she as Genshin char but I dont play in Genshin now (Maybe temporarily, maybe I won't play anymore, I don't know ) The influence of genshin and other gacha games remained, originally the red accents were hints at the pyro Vision or thing like this.

🎵About design: I consider Rilian to be a lover of puffy dresses, but I think that if she had to wear something more practical, she would still be a lover of bows and ruffles. Even in breeches, she would strive for look more ✨luxurious✨ than ever 💫

🎵About draw in her hand: The picture with the nun is the worst part, I don't know how to make it better, maybe later, when there is less backlog at work, I can find a solution to all the shortcomings of the sketch. But not now.

I gave her Electro Vision because of that. Characters with Electro often follow ideals that alienate them from the rest, making them a kind of misguided outsiders. Eve really wanted to become Mem Aleph and was literally obsessed with it. And even after the miscarriage, she couldn't cope with the stress of things not going the way she thought.

And yes, she has this delusional vibe, I think.

Sometimes I draw parallels between the Evillious Chronicles (Vocaloid song series, ima like 70+ songs and 15 ~ novel) and the Genshin Impact.

Recently, I got inspired and became interested in portraying EC character Eve Moonlit (poverful witch from a kingdom destroyed by a virus that makes people angry, insane and makes them immoral. This is in short) in Genshin's design. I hope I did well, I tried to make everything as close as possible to the design of Genshin, for example, the suit is asymmetrical (as this is one of the noticeable features of Genshin design). I hope you will enjoy!

Her skills: Witch's Spoon - Imposes Electro status on the enemies in front of her, in a charged form - the attack area increases.

Ultimate: Forest Full of Anger - Acts similar to Yae Miko's skill, lightning strikes from the sky.
