Do we know in which orphanage lived Sergey during his childhood? And, another question: do we know since when he began to live in a orphanage?

As far as I know, they never gave the orphanage a name it’s just been said it’s an orphanage in St. Petersburg. I think Sergey has been there since he was 5.

2)I found a post on tumblr with two posters with the plague doctor mask, and in the description there was written "some new posters of Igor Grom: the plague doctor" (or something like that, I don't remember the title). Do you think there'll be a film? Or has it already came out? I mean, I know there's a short film on youtube, but will there be another one? 3) Do you think other Major Grom issues will be translated? I don't know Russian and I would really like going on with this amazing story

2. The posters are for the new Major Grom short film that will introduce Sergey into the movie universe. There is no other news I know of the film at this time since the news of it is still fresh, but I’m pretty excited for it!

3. Bubble is translating more issues of Major Grom and their other series, they just have to be submitted to Comixology and approved before they are put up on the store. Unfortunately we don’t know much about the updating schedule for new issues so we just kinda have to sit around and check back in on their comixology page every now and then.

Hey! I asked you some questions several days ago via tumblr website but, as I can see, it didn't post my questions. I have three questions, but I have to divide the text: 1) does the story tell us something about Sergey's parents? I would really like knowing more about them and why are they dead.

Hi! From what @maidofthedevilmansion tells me there is no information about what exactly happened to Sergey’s parents we only know that they are presumed dead. There were some comments going around that it might be from their house burning down or from a car accident but neither of them is considered canon. There are probably plans for their backstory in the future though which is why their fate has been left open.

What are the ages of the characters from Major Grom (specifically Sergey and Oleg)? And what year(s) does the story take place? I don't speak Russian fluently, but I think I understand the plot from using the wikia page and google translate.

The character ages are kinda weird to figure out, but Grom was 30 and Dima was 22 during the first arc, and Sergey and Oleg were both 27 during the fourth arc. I believe Grom is 34 now and Dima is 26 in Igor Grom.

I believe the comics take place during the current year the issue is released, so the first arc of Major Grom takes place in 2012. I’m not entirely sure though, but the comics do take place during current times.

The wikia is pretty good with keeping up with a general idea of what’s going on until the official English issues come out (especially since the second era comics are out in English alongside the first era stories). I do the same thing too, Anon.

Is there a reason that Grom looks incredibly similar to Oleg? A lot of the time the only difference is the eyebrows. Are they related, is it a metaphor, or an inside joke by Phobs? o.O There's been a bunch of times where I've had to look at the brows to figure out whether to it supposed to be Oleg or Igor. Thanks!!

They’re not related, I actually don’t know what Phobs has said about why they look so similar but she did draw a comparison pic that shows their subtle differences.

Hi! I had a question about Sergey's "Black Bird" personality. I know you've explained that Black Bird is a manifestation of Sergey's dissociative identity disorder & does not exist other than in Sergey's head. However, The Time of the Raven confused me. Major Thunder does incorporate supernatural elements & crossover with the other aspects of the Bubble Comics universe. So, when Kutkh killed Black Bird was it completely metaphorical or did he actually kill something supernatural? Thank you!

Kutkh killing Black Bird is more about Kutkh getting rid of the last line of defense Sergey’s mind had against the raven god’s control. Black Bird is an aspect of Sergey’s mind but he is destroyed by Kutkh, a supernatural being.

Issue #6 for all the series came out recently, but as for when they get released we actually don’t know since the release dates have been inconsistent. Generally whenever a new issue comes out the links are posted on @bubblecomicsarehere. It seems like Bubble is trying to consistently release 1 issue each month though.

Really famous and established will also be for publicity! I don't suppose anyone is know to Russian actors they would like to portray the characters ?

Unfortunately there's no news on who has been cast yet, but I do know that it's going to be an adaptation of Arc 1. We'll get to see Grom and Sergey duke it out on the big screen. And @maidofthedevilmansion said there will be some foreign actors in the film.

Yeah, I headcanon that generally if Sergey is having sex with a guy who has never bottomed he’d be easy on them, but also that is dependant on who exactly it is he’s fucking. For Oleg or some rando bedmate, he’d go slow and sweet. For Grom he’d be rough, but then again for me him and Grom is already a non-con relationship sooooo.

And then she proceeds to make out then blindfold me and lead me to a surprise, I’d think I was gettin’ lucky too! (And it’s implied Grom did end up getting laid after the party)

I think so, he’s Bubble’s most popular character. But for now the story is taking a break from him since he’s been the main antagonist for 2 arcs and was a major plot element in the crossover event. Time to introduce some new characters and villains for a change, yeah? I’m always eager to have more characters to enjoy.
