Princess Glam ft. Invisible Liner
This is probably one of my favorite looks I've done yet. Not only am I in love with how beautiful it came out, but it also brings warmth to my heart seeing how far I’ve come. This look reminds me that makeup really is my passion and I question why it’s taken me so long to embrace it. But before I start getting emotional... lmao How bomb is this invisible liner? It’s such a look!

How To Slay In 90 Degree Weather..
It was definitely 90 degrees outside and about 80 degrees the other day in my apartment, but of course I insisted on doing a glam session. This look was inspired by Desi Perkins and although I’m not a huge fan of colored lips, (especially red) I had to recreate it!

 Talk About Dramatic..
I originally did this look just to test out my new vanity lights and I really loved how it came out. I did a twist on one of my go-to makeup looks and it was surprisingly easy. Of course like any smokey eye it does require a lot of blending. Remember you can always make the blending process easy if you use lighter colors working your way to the darker colors and adding a bit more color as you go. Its easier to add more product if you need it than to take some away. Especially when working with dark colors like purple and black as I did here. Like always when having a dramatic eye I like to keep the rest of the face pretty neutral. This look is very glam and is great for special events and did I mention how beautiful purple shadows make brown eyes look? Definitely makes them stand out!

SUMMER SUNSET BY THE BEACH
I do love me a beautiful sunset by the beach moment, but I also love having a makeup moment inspired by the sunset by the beach. This look came out exactly how I envisioned it. I used a white eyeliner instead of black because I wanted to keep this look bright and make the colors stand out. I also wanted the eyes to be the main focus so I didn't do much color on the face and lips and kept it pretty neutral and glowy.

REVIEW TIME | CLINIQUE Beyond Perfecting foundation + concealer
Hey guys,
So let me start off with the fact that I have nothing bad to say about this foundation. I am 110% IN LOVE with this stuff. I totally forgot who I heard talking about this but I want to say it was Mannymua on Youtube. (dont kill me if I’m wrong lol) This is my first CLINIQUE makeup product and I must say that I am impressed. I know they have other products like mascaras, blushes, lipsticks, etc, but I never really looked to CLINIQUE for makeup. I honestly don’t even have any of their skincare products either, but I will definitely be interested in trying it and telling you guys what I think.
So this foundations retails for $28.00 for 1 oz/ 30mL, which I think is pretty reasonable and it come in 28 different shades. This product claims: “This lightweight, moisturizing foundation and concealer provides full coverage without clogging pores. This 12-hour wear, breathable formula is ideal for very dry to combination oily skin types, its special polymer formula forms a flexible film that moves with the skin for lasting wear, and it dries slowly for easy blending. Get lasting coverage and give skin a perfected look that stays put, even through sweat and humidity”
So that is a lot of promises, It’s definitely lightweight, moisturizing, easy to blend, full coverage, and long lasting. The only thing I question is the fact that it says it’s good for “very dry to combination oily skin types”. Those are totally different kinds of skin types and I just don’t know if I truly believe that. Now I have very dry skin, so this worked out great for me since it is moisturizing. But I’d have to hear it from someone with combination oily skin for me to say that statement is true. I did wear this foundation in Vegas this past week at a pool party, the weather was in the mid 80s and I must say that it did holdup very well with sweat and water being splashed around.
This product also claims: “Just one dip of the wand gives you a full-face application, and it can be used to spot-conceal, too. Due to the rich pigment level that enhances this flawless coverage makeup, shades may appear deeper when first applied. Once blended completely and allowed to dry, Beyond Perfecting Makeup will blend into your skin for a Beyond Perfected flawless look—a little goes a long way.”
A little does go a long way and one dip of the wand does give you full coverage. I really do like the wand, I feel that it is easier to apply and it is mess free. I know some people say that the wand is “not sanitary” but I mean, I bought the foundation for MY face, not yours. I found that the color match is almost perfect, I didn't find it being too dark when first applying it. To apply the foundation I dot the product all over my face and blend out with a beauty blender, that is my preferred way to apply foundation.
So this product is definitely AROD APPROVED. A great dupe for this would be the Milani Conceal + Perfect 2-in-1 Foundation + concealer. Which happens to be one of my holy grail foundations. I did give my honest opinion and I hope you go out and try this, especially if you have oily skin. I REALLY would like to know how it worked for you.
xoxo,
Alex

I’ve Always Wondered What I’d Look like With Bleached Brows..
Obviously not a good look for me personally, but it was definitely a fun look to try. Don’t worry this is totally temporary. I used an orange concealer to color correct my brows and my regular concealer to cover them up. This look was actually inspired by byjeannine on Instagram but I wanted to use more cool tones. I also thought this look needed a pop of color which is why I paired it with this purple liquid lipstick from Jeffree Star Cosmetics. And yes, I’m still experimenting with faux freckles. The trend is kind of ridiculous honestly, but it’s also cute and does add a bit of flare to your looks, especially around this time of year. The light colored wing liner is also concealer.. I mean I guess you can say concealer is the star of this show. Lol. But it got the job done. That’s what I love most about makeup, you can use products made for one thing for another.

Spring is in the air💐
This look is right up my alley, it’s simple yet eye catching. Perfect for the spring season & for festivals. The yellow & coral is definitely a pop to this neutral cut crease. There’s no way I could’ve worn a nude lip with this look, plus I haven’t worn this lippie in awhile. & of course I had to add a touch of glitter (when do I not?) by adding glitter faux freckles, which is the new wave. I did use quite a few drugstore products in this look so it’s great for all my beauties on a budget!

Alex
