I found this great chart on @brightgram and I wanted to ask my friends if you're doing any New Year resolutions and if so, what are they? I've been thinking about this a lot for the past several days and I've narrowed down some things I think are doable and will have a positive effect on my life. Here they are: 1-Continue my daily meditation sessions (they have been so calming and beneficial so far) 2-Start a 365 Nature Photo Picture Challenge (how cool to watch the slow seasonal changes of the awesome mountain view outside my front door) 3-Start journaling again (I got a nice hard cover day planner/journal in a subscription box so hey, why not?) 4-Get 10 or more minutes of sunlight exposure daily (been doing some research on how light exposure affects brain chemistry and has so many health benefits. Plus ppl don't get outside enough) 5-Take a vacation (it's been 14 months since my vacation to Dubai and I'm overdue for some R & R) So those are my 5. I'm sure I'll think of a few more.
