try our gnocchi recipe, a light dish very easy to prepare...
if you don’t like tomatoes skin, you can peel them before start cooking! It’s very simple! Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Meanwhile, hull the stems from your tomatoes and slice a shallow "X" in the bottom. Fill a bowl with ice and water and set it next to the stove.Working in batches, drop several tomatoes into the boiling water. Watch for their skins to start to wrinkle and split, 45 to 60 seconds, then scoop them out with a slotted spoon and transfer them to the ice water bath. Once cooled, transfer the tomatoes to a cutting board. Continue working in batches until all the tomatoes have been poached. Use your fingers or a paring knife to peel back the tomato skins.

that’s italian burrata,  “ a fresh cheese made from mozzarella and cream. The outer shell is solid mozzarella, while the inside contains both mozzarella and cream, giving it an unusual, soft texture. It is also defined by some sources as an outer shell of mozzarella filled with butter or a mixture of butter and sugar. It is usually served fresh and at room temperature. The wordburrata means "buttered" in Italian.”
You can try it with honey or fruit jam too...  OMG really delicious!!
