Exercise for Glowing Skin

Yoga is very essential for health it relaxes your body and mind. Face yoga enhances your skin and results to flawless beauty. Yoga for face glow is very effective just like yoga for health.  Our body needs exercises to stay fit; similarly our face needs some exercises to hold its glow. Especially we are worried about ‘ageing’ to get a wrinkle free skin we need to take care of our skin and exercise for glowing skin.  Face yoga helps in blood circulation; it activates the cells and gives a perfect healthy looking skin. Yoga gives shape to our body; similarly face yoga keeps our face toned and stimulates the muscles. It helps to rejuvenate our skin.
 To get over face fatigues one must practice face yoga daily. This improves blood circulation, removes dullness and brings face glow. This enhances our beauty and fineness of our skin radiance. Some face yoga exercises for glowing skin one must practice regularly are:
Vowel exercise: To strengthen jaw line one can practice the vowel exercise.  Pronounce the letters A, E, I, O, U in a correct manner. This gives a perfect shaped jaw line.
Squeeze face then tap: First sit, squeeze your face then tap it with fingers 5 times then relax. Repeat this set for 3-5 times. This helps to brighten skin and prevents wrinkles.
Puff your mouth: First sit down, then fill the mouth with air or water, move the water from one cheek to the other, then swallow the water and relax. Repeat this for 30 seconds. This reduces puffiness and gives wrinkle free face. This is good for hygiene. 
Water tap pose: First sit down, fill your mouth with water then tap the fingers on cheeks for 10 seconds, at last swallow the water and relax. Repeat this for 3-5 times. This gives instant glow to face. It brightens your skin and stimulates the cells.
Sky kiss and smile pose: First sit down, then look up, form a pout and hold the kiss for 10 seconds feel the stretch on the jaw line and then smile. Repeat this for 10 times, this gives a toned and flushed cheeks.
Gravity jaw flex: First sit down then look up, cover the upper lip with the lower lip, as much as we can hold it for 10 seconds, feel the stretch on the jaw muscle. This is a process that controls skin ageing and gives a toned face. Repeat these 10 sets daily. 
Relaxing pose: First sit down, place the fingers at centre of forehead swipe it gently, till the end of the forehead, then close your eyes, rotate the eye balls with the index finger clockwise, anti clockwise.  Repeat this for 5 times before going to sleep. This will relax the mind and will give good sleep.
Balanced diet: Follow a balanced diet, include fruits and green leafy vegetables and avoid oily food.  Keeping hydrated by drinking 8 glasses of water daily. Get regular 6-8 hours of sleep. Practice for 20-25 minutes yoga for face glow daily.
