I’m in a really fucked up season in my life rn. So I’ve started taking care of my body. Yesterday was my first day back at the gym after a seven-month break, I ate three full meals and two snacks, and I’m trying to take care of myself every day and stay hydrated to keep my mind clear.

It’s hard, really hard, but I have to take care of myself so I don’t lose it.

I’ll probably post here occasionally about how I’m feeling, what I’m doing, and how things are going, just to keep you updated.

I think this will be my personal journal from now on.
