This is one great SIDE DISH for dinner. This entire bag of riced cauliflower & sweet potato is a great carb source: 50 carbs total! My favorite part is adding ISO-splash cinnamon bun flavor! The app recommends 50% carbs because you NEED carbs to feel mentally stable during your caloric-deficit. 💖🥞🍕🍟Don’t forget to ASK ME QUESTIONS if you are at all confused about how to track your macros for weight loss!!
